Tessa was awesome! She never once hurt me or drowned me in water flush as did Lynne many times. I should have switched to Tessa long ago. Very professional and caring. The only thing that did bother me is she held her tooth scraper too close to my face as she turned to read off the computer and I moved my head out of the way twice to avoid it. She was nice when I asked her to move her hand though. Dr Gaddis as always the ultimate professional, kind, and compassionate too. Melissa at the front desk is always kind and so helpful too. Since I’ve been going there so long, she lets me delay payment until the insurance check comes in, which helps out a lot.

Dr Gaddis and his staff are the greatest I love their personalities they make you feel like family and will make sure you are not in pain I will continue to go to him until he retires nothing but great experiences

Sometimes, in first referring to each other, you use pronouns like “him” or “she” whereas I think the use of a title or first name would be more consistent with the atmosphere of professionalism, mutual respect, and friendship that I feel in your office.
