I have had several dentists throughout my life. Most of them I didn’t consider good dentists. But I really enjoy actually going here. First, they are very organized which is an important factor for me. They explain what my insurance does and doesn’t cover. And gave me other options if a procedure wasn’t covered. Second the staff is very friendly, comforting and caring. Which is great because it seems like the medical field can be a an area of cold hearted personal in my experience. Third, they are always punctual and communicative. I never have to wait to be seen for my appointment and after making a next appointment, I receive email and text reminders which help me be organized. And finally, maybe the most important, they are non judgmental. I had my first appointment after it had been seven years since I had been to a dentist. I went to them in severe pain and with several problems and never felt that I wasn’t wanted there nor looked down upon for ignoring my dental health. They just took their time and helped me through. I’m very appreciative for it!
