Dr. McCann is awesome. I always feel comfortable when I have my examination because I know Dr. McCann is very thorough and professional. It also helps that he is very knowledgeable about the side effects from the various medications I am. Dr. McCann has been following me for years. It is extremely important to me that I have a history to track.

Jeanne Marie was incredible- she asked numerous questions about my work, what I did daily, how I spent my leisure time, so she could understand how I used my glasses and what was/wasn't working. She was thorough and explained many options but also fine tuned her questions so that she ended up saving me money (and probably aggravation) by suggesting one pair of glasses versus two. She followed up with two phone calls to make sure I was fine with the pricing and decisions made. I'm in the retail business and know how important relationship building is: she optimizes personal service and I would recommend the office highly.
