My experience getting the crowns on two of my teeth after I broke them was excellent. They are a perfect match and my close friends have asked me to point out which teeth were crowned because they couldn't tell. I recently had my teeth cleaned and Shelley did an excellent job. She also shared information and regarding my A-Fib that I found helpful while she was cleaning my teeth. Overall, if a friend was looking for a dentist, I would recommend them to your practice. Susie Kosec did such a great job. She made me feel comfortable and described what she was doing. She didn’t make a big deal over the cleanings I missed. She set a great tone for the visit. She let me know there were no concerns. She is the best hygienist I have ever had. The dentist also let me know he didn’t see any concerns on the X-rays or exam. The practice has a great reception area and the fish tank and fireplace were very nice additions. I am a new patient and I am very impressed. I will definitely recommend it!

I came home from work with severe pain. I thought it was a broken tooth I had. Dr Steve found it to be an abscess next to the broken tooth. It has been over two months that I’ve been seen. Original Dr was running late but the Dr who stepped in made up for it. He listened carefully to my current concern and was able to fix the problem quickly. He seemed genuinely interested in finding a conservative solution instead of jumping right to drastic surgery. The hygienist is very pleasant and enjoyable to talk/listen to. She is quick while remaining thorough, and I never had to remind her about any sensitivities. All-in-all this is a great place to go!

We made decisions together about x-rays and my next appointment, she informed me about a new dentistry membership plan, and best of all she and the doctor told me I didn't need any work at present. I called to set up new patient appointments and was greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. She was able to get us in next-day and was helpful with insurance and scheduling questions. The hygienist we had, I wish I could remember her name.. my son said "she was awesome!" She kept him in he know as she cleaned his teeth and did the sealants and was quick. The office is very clean, well decorated and has a great "feel" when you walk in. The staff couldn't have been kinder and we are so pleased to have a new dentistry to take our family to now that we're in Grand Junction.

A little disappointed that I was told my sons military insurance would be covered for his visit only to find out after the cleaning and X-rays that it won't be covered. Now I have a $150 bill to pay. Definitely should have said this prior to the appointment.

Hi, the staff is always pleasant! Diana is the best assistant, professional, gentle and does an excellent job communicating what's next!! I have seen almost each of the doctors and each unique in their demeanor! All top notch. Accounting ladies are great at breaking down costs and helps with pay plans.

I had a great experience at Crested Oak. Katelyn cleaned my teeth and it was THE most pain-free, gentle cleaning I've ever had. Dr. Nelson was fantastic as well, and the front desk folks were a delight. I highly recommend this practice!

Diana is such a great hygienist. She always aggressively gets the plaque off. I never feel like she's "missed" some. She's also such a friendly, caring person.

I'm was totally suprised to have to pay for seeing the dentist for 3 minutes (I waited for him to see me quite a while too) when all I had scheduled was a cleaning? Feeling riped off, will this happen with every cleaning ? If so I will go back to comfort dental for my dental care. I Just thought he was checking the hygienist work ? $50 dollars really?

Got in promptly.. visit was very professional and completed in a timely manner. All questions were answered. All staff was very considerate and courteous. Shelly was excellent as usual!!

Great atmosphere! Staff were very friendly and kind. Everyone kept me comfortable and never left me waiting any length of time. They all seemed to work as a team and very efficient. I can honestly say that was the first time I've ever enjoined going to the dentist.

Expertise in gum and dental health. Bedside manners are outstanding. He always makes me feel like my dental health is important and I feel valued as a patient.
