Overall everyone was professional, thorough and helpful. I appreciated the attention to COVID protocols at the front desk. However, the last person I consulted with wore her mask incorrectly. At first her nose wasn’t covered and then she had her mouth exposed. In the small room I was in it made me very uncomfortable and made me concerned as to how it would be in an actual appointment.

Hello. I was referred by a family friend and dentist Dr V. Valdez. This is my first visit for a single tooth dental implant evaluation. I was received very well by the lady in the front desk who also registered me for charting. There were at least 4 appointments ahead of me and I did not wait long before I was led into a room for a full dimensional dental xray. She was swift and explained what takes place. Not for long I was then seen by the Oral Surgeon Dr Thiede. He explained all the details of what he needs to do and the process during the implant. The evaluation was completed and under no pressure, the choice is on me. Understanding insurance coverage and out of pocket expenses was thoroughly explained by Terry. All I need to do now is schedule an appointment for the big day! My first impression overall went very well. The staff were able to answer everything I need to know. I had a great experience at Dr. Thiede's office. Everyone I encountered was cheerful and professional, including his front/back offices and nursing team. His was my 3rd specialty consult after meeting with an endodontist and periodontist to determine the best course of treatment - either a root canal or an implant. I met with both Dr. Thiede and his nurse, separately, and with the information provided, I've decided to go with a root canal at this time. Dr. Thiede didn't try to sell only his services but rather was objective, extremely knowledgeable and thorough in walking me through my options. He also has a great chair-side manner which is a bonus! If I ever need an implant or oral surgery of any kind, I will surely go to Dr. Thiede. I highly recommend his team of professionals.

My experience with Dr. Thiede has been nothing but amazing! Everyone in his office including him makes sure that you are not only comfortable but understand the whole procedure. Until now the only major dental work I have had was a root canal. I must say this implant so far has been a piece of cake compared to the root canal. I also appreciate the fact that everything was done in one visit (extraction and implant) with minimal pain after. The surprise delivery of flowers was a wonderful added touch. I would highly recommend Dr. Thiede to anyone.

I had an emergency in the afternoon, I was very worried, and Dr Thiede’s office kindly arranged it to see my case in the early morning. He hears your concerns, he makes everything impeccably, and you hardly notice the procedure. By 11am that same morning. I was happy at home with my new implant. In the next days, I had no pain and I feel perfect ever since. All his team are wonderful and ready to help with every question. Dr. Thiede and his office staff were nothing short of amazing. They were able to accommodate with a next day appointment and my surgery was scheduled the following day. I was nervous, having a prior bad experience with oral surgery, but Dr. Thiede and his staff made me feel very comfortable and were very patient and empathetic with me. My procedure was quick and pain was minimal. I received a follow up call that same day while recovering at home to make check in on me and how I was doing. I was provided with clear instructions for pre and post surgery as well with recovery item a I would need after surgery. I’m extremely satisfied with services I was provided by Dr. Thiede and his dental staff.

The Dr is amazing. I went twice and each time he was so gentle and quick. The staff are a wonderful group of ladies. Very friendly and efficient. While I was having the extraction one of them fixed my phone. Like I said, wonderful. Would highly recommend the Dr and the staff.👍😉

I was sent by my dentist to Dr. Craig Thiede for a tooth extract. When I arrived in their office, I was already scared but the front office lady name Sharon was so friendly, polite, accommodating and helpful. I informed her that my insurance benefits will be expiring this month because I lost my job. Out of love, they gave me a big discount and made sure that my insurance will cover their part and I cover my part which is affordable. This is a peace of mind for me. And then I met Dr. Thiede, he is a BIG - I mean Big man. I told him that I am scared. He check on my tooth and told me not to worry. He said He will made sure that he will not get hurt. He really did. He pulled my tooth with less time and no pain. He also kept coming back to me making sure I was okay. I left their office feeling good. When I got home, I also received call from their office checking on my condition. As a new walk in patient, what else can I ask or say but "Thank you so much Dr. Thiede and to all His Staff. All I can give is to pray to God to give you all Blessings.

The whole process went well, surgery was painless, very little pain afterward, very pleased.

This was my first time having this type of procedure so I wasn't sure what to expect. Through each phase, Dr. Thiede and the staff were exceptionally professional and answered all of my questions and concerns as well as being very accommodating to my needs. There was literally no discomfort once the anesthesia wore off and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

I highly recommend Dr Thiede and his staff, who were pleasant, informative & efficient. I choose general anesthesia for having 2 teeth removed. The procedure was over quickly and painless. Sure you had to apply ice packs on/off for first 8-12 hrs and 2 days of Ibuprofen. Here's the part I liked: you had to eat ice cream/yogurt, milk shakes/smoothies and jello/pudding. Thank you!

Dr. Thiede carefully listened to my concerns that I not be treated with any type of steroids (due to my past bad experience with them affecting my eczema negatively), and he immediately agreed to adjust his treatment plan to accomodate me. I had as good of an experience one can have, getting 4 wisdom teeth extracted. I did not even need the Motrin! It’s now two and a half weeks post-op, and I cannot even tell my teeth are gone. It’s back to normal.

Always good visits. Everyone is warm, friendly, efficient, and professional. Doc takes time to explain things, unless he is doing a procedure, then its full concentration. All his instruments are covered or in sealed bags until he needs them. Heck, even YOU get covered. Clean/sterile is a high priority for them.

Dr. Thiede, Lindsay and the team we’re great! My son had allot of pain and bleeding after the removal of his wisdom teeth but the Staff was awesome!

Everyone was very friendly and it helped me settle my nerves. They were very polite and respectful. Plus, they laughed at my jokes. All very good things. The surgery went well and I went home feeling like I, and my mum, had all the information we needed to make sure I didnt get an infection.

It went very well, no pain or bleeding afterwards either. It has now been two weeks and I still feel stitches with my tongue – should I come in and have the doctor look at that or will they eventually go away?

They were able to get me in quickly to remove my wisdom teeth. I was in a great deal of pain and they got me in and removed the teeth. The Dr. and his staff were very pleasant and made the whole experience easy and non stressful.

Everything was Excellent

Dr. Thiede and his staff was a pleasant experience considering the circumstances of having a lower molar removed for the implant replacement to follow. I am one of those people who don’t mind going to the Dentist. However this tooth was a problem for me and I am happy to have it removed and on my way to better health with the implant. I was comfortable on local anasthesia. After the removal I used the 800 mg ibeprofin when I got home per his instructions and before I went to bed that night but to be honest I was not feeling any pain and have not used any pain medication since the day of removal. I would recommend Dr. Thiede to anyone needing an implant procedure.
