Waited only a few minutes for my appointment. Then I had 2 tests and met with Dr. Myers after that. As always he is thorough and efficient. I also met with an optician to order my sunglasses based on the updated prescription. All in all a good experience.

He explains things in a detailed manner. The eyeglass frame selection is large. One would think it would be overwhelming but with Sue’s knowledgeable assistance, we always land the right pair. The optometrists are also spot on when it comes to accuracy and professionalism. The reception room staff is always kind, friendly, and helpful. I can’t say enough about this establishment.

Eye exam was very professional and all information about exam was explained.

All of the people in your store were wonderful to deal with. Highly professional, knowledgeable and personable. A very nice change of pace. I was unhappy with the price of the frames when I researched on the internet. The ones I selected were $529 in the store yet I found them for $340 on the internet. Which is what I paid after insurance. It seems like the insurance is not an actual benefit if the frames are marked up to cover it.

While going for a routine eye exam, Dr Myers saw something suspicious . He did not alarm me, but called an associate specialist Dr Jermak, around the corner and made arraingements for me to be seen immediately. While my vision was good- my eye health was in danger and I had no symptoms at all! I am grateful to Dr Myers and to Retina Consultants for effectively saving me from a huge surgery and a potential vision loss. It's a day I will never forget. Sometimes heroes don't wear capes.

Well dr Meyers saved my eyesight years ago by identifying an inflammation in my eye and treating it with various steroids. Since then I have always had a fast thorough exam and excellent results with my prescriptions.

I have a VSP eye insurance coverage and don't believe I received my full benefits. I'm pretty sure my VSP allows a percentage off the eye contact lens exam and at time of checkout was not given that discount. I will be following up with my insurance coverage and contacting Council Eyes as needed.

No pressure for any additional eye tests. Eyewear specialist was very helpful and I will be back soon to purchase new frames.

Service was excellent from allergy four people who helped me. The area of frustration was the cost of the glasses. It seems the frames are inflated to offset the benefit of having insurance. Similar frames online were half the cost thus the perception putting higher prices to increase profit margins. Same with the lens. Thinking of exploring other option when I look next time for glasses
