Is flossing not part of the cleaning any more. Also blood pressure reading was also part of the exam cleaning. That was not done. Neither of these concerned me but just notice as they were highly emphasized in office last time 3 visits

I live on Whidbey Island but come to Cottage Lake because of Miriam. She makes the 6 hour round trip worth it. All of the staff are very welcoming. Thank you!

As much as I hate going to the dentist, I look forward to being greeted so cheerfully and treated like I'm a friend. Everyone takes the time to engage in conversation so it doesn't feel like most doctor's office where they only have 5 minutes.

Staffs are always friendly and Celeste always calls you by name before you announce it. Makes you feel like a friend rather than a patient. Dental appointments are not the most enjoyable things but people at cottage lake family dental make you welcome and relaxed.

The service was over the top, the best came in with pain in a lower molar and they give me the right amount of laughing gas plus numbed my back teeth up so I couldn't feel a thing. And Il one those tht doesn't like going to the Dentist. Not a bad experience. I would have given them 5 stars, but after I left I came back after an hour and wanted the tooth as a souvenir, but they put it into the biohazard box. I've had that tooth for about 50 years and wanted it. :(

As always, coming to Cottage Lake Dental is a great experience. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. My hygienist, Merriam, is the whole reason that I spend 4 hours driving back and forth from my home. She is amazing, and I enjoy the time I spend with her.

As usual - right on time & super efficient! About 10 days before my appointment, I had chipped a filling. After the cleaning & exam, the dentist found the time to take care of my problem - without a return trip. Thank you!

I have been impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. They are always there to answer my questions and I feel the are genuinely concerned for my dental health and well-being.

So far all the staff and doctor were courteous and professional. My procedure was performed quickly and seems to have gone very well with excellent results but it will take much more time for me to truly understand the results. The only negative thing I have to say is: the swing arm light that was in the work station and shines on every patient and every patient will stare at was dirty and was a distraction. Other than that my experience was excellent.
