Customer care was great and my technitian was awesome. She was so nice and professional and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and discomfort free during the entire procedure. Loved it.

After the cleaning was told to have a seat and would be called over to pay. Wasn't pleased when after waiting patiently for a while I approached the checkout desk. The available girl motioned to the one on the phone saying she thought that girl would help me. I'm sorry but that's just dumb. Please don't ask us to sit and wait to check out if the process isn't in place to follow through with grabbing us to checkout when someone becomes available.

You made me as comfortable as possible. You explained the procedure as each step was happening. You were polite and respectful.

Excellent appointment - efficient - wouldn't go anywhere else. The best part is they have early morning or early evening appointments so you don't have to take leave from your job. Also, they are members of my Parish so I know the practice has strong ethical values. They work with you on treatment plans and there's no pressure to do anything. Again, would rather do without care until an appointment opens up than visit another practice.

Great service. I once had a crown that went bad and Dr. Browning came in on a Sunday afternoon to fix it. In these times of sub-par service in corporate America, I can say personally this practice was the exception. I'll keep going back.
