The staff Brandon and Arlene are always professional and provide excellent customer service. If you have children Brandon excels with handling children. Dr. Nguyen is passionate and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and answer questions. He does small talk to make you feel comfortable and does not make you feel judged. If you have a hectic schedule they do their best to accommodate you. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Nguyen.

It was very easy to set up an appointment, whole staff was very accomodating and friendly.

The staff here were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Nguyen even had some humor when discussing some stuff with me, it made me laugh and feel comfortable speaking about my concerns with certain products. I definitely will continue to get my eye care from this team

From the receptionist, to the optician, to the doctor, everyone was friendly and helpful and everything went smoothly. I left with more glasses choices than I had imagined and I plan on coming back for my second pair!

Everyone there was very friendly courteous and helpful. The doctor explained things in detail and made sure I understood. I can’t remember the name of the lady that helped me before and after the doctor with placing my order. She was excellent!

Had a great visit Alvera was very sweet and helpful and Dr Bruce Nguyen was super professional and informative, both about the eye exam, retinal imaging and getting varifocal lenses vs two different pairs of glasses. I took in a pair of frames I had purchased from another provider but there was a great selection in the shop, including luxury brands like Tom Ford and Longchamp. Can't wait to get my new frames!

We recommend this office entirely from check in to after seen by Dr. The Dr was pleasant, caring and very patience with my 92 year old mother. God bless them with a successful business.

Friendly, virtuous, very professional. Very knowledgeable of the products they offer and work with you. The Dr. was terrific. I am out here from Texas working and lost my glasses and they fit me right in with an appointment. Great place, very clean.

They were friendly and didn’t attempt to push me to buy specific things. They presented the products and gave recommendations but weren’t pushy as some businesses can be. I was able to get in and out very quickly and the doctor was very kind. My only complaint is that the employee that helps find glasses was WAY too pushy about the expensive plans for lenses. Repeatedly I said I didn't want or need certain things the plan covered, yet he persistently pushed the most expensive ones and didn't seem to want to show me the basic coverage plans which were more than half of first ones he pushed. I left without purchasing glasses purely because I felt like I was being scammed.

Good service and selection. Always do a good job getting my prescription dialed in. I have a few vision issues and they have done a lot to correct them. First place I've been that I don't feel like my glasses could have been better. They work with us to get the most bang for the buck with our insurance and offers from lens makers. We recommend them to all our friends and family.

When I say that I’m blind, I really am legally blind without my contacts!!! I am so happy that I took a chance and cake in to see Dr. Nguyen and his awesome staff! I was being crazy overcharged from a previous optometrist who was recommended to me, and he never got my specs right and so I suffered for 2+ years! Fast forward to Dr. Nguyen who offered me Sclera lens and expert care and I finally see clearly! And his prices are very reasonable and fair!!! Don’t hesitate!!!

Everyone at the optometry was very nice and helpful. The staff who answered the phone and assisted us in fitting our glasses was very professional and patient. The doctor also took his time to explain the various eye conditions and their preventive measures. Will come back again!
