Not enough attention is paid to hygiene. No disposable plastic covers on light handles, for instance. Ttouching a computer mouse with a gloved hand and then handling instruments…Putting the same glove in a patient’s mouth.

Dental hygienist, I forget her name, went at my gums like John J. Rambo. Blood everywhere. She told me to floss more, but I'm the type of person that always has a flosspick in their pocket, flossing after every tasty meal or snack. She gave me some toothpaste that is suppose to reduce gum bleeding. Haven't tried it yet, but I imagine no amount of toothpaste can save me from John J. Rambo. Overall, great experience as usual. See ya in six months.

What can I say! I parked in the back, sat in the waiting room, maybe 5 minutes. Was in the dentist chair, maybe 2 minutes. The retainer fit perfectly. I was dismissed, received a hug from my favorite dentist, paid an installment and left.

I’m a giant man child when it comes to the dentist, I’ve refused to go for years. From the moment ya walk In until you leave is as pleasant as a dentists office can get. The receptionist was crazy nice and polite, and all the staff members worked like a clock and were happy to be at work which definitely made the experience easier. They were nice enough to run a couple quarters out to my parking meter while I was all numbed up which I thought was nice I think what makes Dr.Will different is he actually took the time and sat me down and explained what was the safest most affordable smart options VS coming in and feeling like a paycheck. After explaining everything I was in and out. I won’t be waiting 12 years to visit again. Dr.Will and his staff absolutely killed it! Five stars from me.

Need to learn names. Other than Dr. Will and hygienists Raven and Valerie we don't know names of the technicians. It would be helpful if the ladies introduce themselves if they are the ones working on our teeth. Also whenever answering the phone please let us know your name. I drive over a hour to go to Dr Christopher Wills office. He is an amazing and compassionate dentist and the dental assistants are wonderful, knowledgeable and very thoughtful. They are one of the few Doctor and offices left that are for the patient, and your not just a number, pushed through to meet your quota.

Good hygienist exam & cleaning. Apparently poor scheduling led to waiting 25 mins post-cleaning. I didn't get an xray, nor saw dentist bc busy with other patients. Listening to dentist drilling 2 feet away made me feel nauseous. When a tech came in to suggest I could simply leave because dentist drilling will take awhile & bc I had 'good teeth', I quickly agreed to leave. I trust that my insurance will not be charged for a dental exam or x-rays?

My appointment started about 15 minutes late but that wasn’t really an issue for me. Marla was thorough as usual asking pertinent questions and answering mine as well. Because of my SLE LUPUS my teeth were in horrible condition when I went to a dentist there was always a lots of pain and always a problem with infection after treatment along with my TMJ acting up. My body would sometimes start to shake and I couldn’t control or stop the shaking. Most times the doctor and the staff would make me feel as if they didn’t want to care for me so I stayed away. If I had come here earlier I would have my teeth. I know that the acids from throwing up at the beginning of the disease along with all the medications I’ve had to take and still take has damaged my teeth but you all made me feel almost comfortable. I give you 5 stars. Thanks for helping me with my fears.

Friendly, gental, and non stressful DDS and Hygenist visits...what more could a person ask for!! Dr. Will and his entire staff are wonderful, professional, and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Dr Will. My last experience at his nicely updated dental facilities: On time appointment for fillings. He went right to work on them with his assistants. Great results and professional courtesies extended to this long-time patient with no dental insurance. Atmosphere is a little hectic because Dr Will’s practice is busy, but he is extremely skilled, low key, and patient-friendly.

Dr. Will and his staff is amazing! I'm a lucky individual to have come across him a few years ago and to still be a patient of his this day! I am not a fan of the old school spit down the sink method and rinse with a cup of water. The hygienist cleaning my teeth this time is a notably more painful experience then others that work there. I have requested not to get her in the past and would not like her in the future. (Sorry i forget the name) Everyone is friendly and professional though. I didn't get a chance to see dr. Will because he was running late, but i didn't have any questions or anything for him. So that was fine.

As always, I feel like Dr. Will is hands down the Best. From his compassion, knowledge to his humor, he combines them all to make an extremely comfortable visit. All of his hygienist’s have a strong understanding of their patients needs. Let’s face it, nobody likes dentist visits, but Chris and his staff provide a comforting confidence during any of my visits.

They were 5 stars, I was 0 stars. They were professionals. Victoria and Dr. Christopher Will each explained what was possible when something unexpected was seen on a tooth I was getting crowned and the xray of the adjacent tooth. I became a freaked out child. Dr. Will took care of the problem. I am grateful and sorry for being such a pain.

Very pleased with the service. Staff and Dr. Will is great. The only issue I have is with the parking situation. The lot behind the office is always full and they don't let us park in the Grandview Merantile lot which is really inconvenient.

Overall amazing experience. I loved the patience and knowledge Raven had while cleaning my teeth. She was very gentle with the dental tools when removing calcium buildup in my gums. I also loved Dr Will, because he was very personable and gentle as well. The hygienist’s offices are so nice and I love that they have doors. The music playing in the office is very relaxing. Love this place!

I enjoy your staff. Short waiting time. Parking might become an issue. Glad to see the screen door on the front gone. Office is great in the back. Rooms up front to use a little redoing. I wouldn’t want to go anyplace else. I think Dr. Will is wonderful.
