You guys did good

The checking in process was easy, quick and efficient. The XRays were also quick and technician wearing gloves, however he was touching everything (chair, cabinet, lights, X-ray machine, mouth guard, etc) indiscriminately. So I was sharing germs with everyone who visits the office. Then I noticed the stems of all dental tools were very stained and old (seemingly dirty) which was a big turn off. The doctor was very nice and professional.

I went for a routine cleaning and everything was great

I’m the worst when it comes to dental work but I must say at 67 Dr. Nadir did the most wonderful treatment of all. She had a very assuring nature and was kind and patient with me. The other part of her greatness was her ability with my root canal. I've had terrible experiences with dental work but with Dr. Nadir I didn’t have to feel any jerky or painful movements. Thank u!! A great staff! Waiting to find out about getting a crown for the tooth that they did a root canal for about a month ago. Hopefully it will turn out great. I will let you know.

I really like your staff and so happy I found you. Disappointed, however, that you are offering discount of teeth whitening to new patients while asking loyal patients to pay a higher price. That’s not good.

It was a fun experience .

The great thing was that I was taken back right away, however the customer service is not good. The dental hygentist did not tell me that I was going to be the practice patient for the new dental hygentist and the dentist himself did not great me with a hello. Just felt like I was supposed to just take whatever they were doing to me without an explanation or a heads up.

The staff at Dr Nadir office are all very friendly. They treat you like family. I feel that I'm in good hands while I'm there. If your getting a simple routine cleaning to a deep cleaning they are very gentle. Keep up the good work! : )
