Fast, Friendly, and Perfect.

I was impressed with the friendliness of the reception staff. They put you at ease immediately and explain exactly what’s going to happen. The technician that performed my procedure, however, all though she was efficient and quick, didn’t really explain what she was doing or seek to make me comfortable in the awkwardness of being half naked in front of a stranger. I still would recommend the facility highly for all medical imaging needs.

Being claustrophobic, i was so nervous to have the MRI's. As soon as I walked in Cindy at the desk put me at ease right away. She is fabulous. Then it was time for the tests. Wasim was the best! He checked on me to make sure I was doing ok. And the tests went faster than i thought.

Fast and professional. I had a good experience there. My only negative thing to say had nothing to do with the services provided. The building, especially on the outside, looks outdated and unkept. Again, nothing to do with the services provided there.

The MRI went well. I did not get the name of the technician that administered the 2 mris but was very pleased with how the test was done. I was early and they took me in. I was glad because I wanted to get them over with. I wouldn't say that I was scared about getting them done but I was a little apprehensive. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you very much and I would recommend this facility to anybody else that needs this service.

I had some trouble locating suite 4 at first because I entered at the other door. Due to a lack of signage, I had to ask a nurse where to go. She was very nice, though and actually got out of her seat to show us exactly where to go! The staff were all friendly. The tech running my MRI was friendly, supportive, and clear with his instructions and what I could expect from the procedure (I was very nervous because I'm claustrophobic). I just had a hard time hearing him once I was in the machine with ear plugs and all the padding around me. I would just encourage him to speak up! Also, if at all possible, perhaps try to pad the back of the plastic headrest a little since my head started to hurt after 15 minutes or so. Not a huge deal, but it could help a lot! The facility was very clean, well-maintained, and up-to-date. Overall I would recommend this facility to someone else in need of an MRI!

I came in for several MRI’s to be done last week but was in serious pain and explained it to the 2 ladies at the front desk one was Cindy and the girl she worked with Sorry I can’t remember her name, anyway there was a mixup where documents were not sent to this office in order to get the MRI’s taken, instead of passing it off to me and have me take care of it they both got on the phone and got it taken care of immediately, now that’s progress right there, plus Cindy took me back to the MRI area and she made it a point to tell the technician my situation and what I was going through and made it clear that at some point I’m gonna need to stop and be let out of the chamber to give me a moment to get myself some time to get ready for the next round, I came back 3 different times and all 3 times Cindy made sure the technician understood my condition and what was needed to help me get through it all, it’s ladies like this that are needed in an office such as this to take control and make the patient feel comfortable knowing that their there to help you to the fullest extent, Please let these ladies know that they have been recognized and deserve a standing Ovation for their hard work and efforts, thank you.... Your front desk team as well as the tech that did both of my scans were outstanding! The reason why I didn't give that 5th star??? Because I got a call back that 2nd scan needed to be rescheduled due to blood work needed, and because I got a call day before 2nd scan that I had to come and pick up barium. Would have preferred to know that sooner. Still, an overall positive experience!

I was satisfied with the customer service provided by staff before arriving to the center up until the day of my MRI. Although the technician conducting the MRI was nice and helpful, she had difficulty starting an IV on me because she explained I was dehydrated. Sure I was going to be dehydrated because the staff member who called me before the procedure instructed me to fast for 4 hours. Then I was told by the tech I was supposed to have drank water, which is contradictory to instructions previously given to me by phone. Keep in mind I had reiterated my question to the person who called me to say that I had to be fasting from food and liquids, therefore I followed their orders. To make a long story short, the technician had to restart the IV on my other arm and still had a problem with it despite my veins being in ideal condition for a needle, she even said I had good veins. By the time she got the other one started I was about to faint and requested I lie down to avoid fainting. Like I mentioned before her bedside manners were good but she made my procedure more difficult than it was supposed to be due to her inability to optimally start an IV. I've had MRI's done before at a few hospitals and never had this issue. This is just feedback I want to provide in order for your staff to give patients correct information and not experience what happened to me.

I love going to Chicago Ridge Medical Imaging. I have had a few tests ordered by my PCP and every time, I go is a great experience. My schedule is hectic and they help accommodate and what, I like the most is that if someone cancels an earlier appointment, they call me and offer me that space and honestly that’s huge . The staff is amazing!! Professional and friendly. I highly recommend this medical center.

Very friendly and professional, went to have an MRI it took about 1/2 hr. This is the third time that I had to go there. Asked if I had any questions about anything that they provided for me, also told me to keep the disk, because the dr. Copy the disc and return to me, incase you have to go to another Dr.. And I was very cold and was offered a warm blanket. They had a wide selection of music to listen to while taking the MRI. They also provide a locker and a lock for your valuables for you when your taking your MRI all around a great experience.

Fairly quick process. I believe I was in and out for chest xray in 30 minutes. The Xray technician was very friendly and did a great job.

The DEXTA scan technitian/ radiologist was great. I didn’t get her name but she was both friendly and knowledgeable. She had to redo the DEXTA scan of the left femur as it was taken too high the first time, but she was more than willing to admit the error and fix it by simply rescanning it. She was sure to explain the scanning process as it was happening step by step. It was nice that she was so humble and it was also nice to see how she was able to correct herself easily while ensureing the scan was done right. It was also nice to be able to talk to her openly about both the DEXTA scan process and my personal reason for getting the scan in the first place. She’s a friendly person and I believe she’s an asset to the Chicago Ridge Imaging center, more individuals of her caliber should be employed in the medical industry. Thank you for making the experience a good one!

I would like to thank the owner, Alicia, for providing low cost scans to those of us in a situation where going in network is costing us more than paying out of pocket. We needed 2 MRIs for my daughter, and I was able to save $1,000 by coming to Chicago Ridge Imaging instead of using our insurance benefits we pay a huge amount monthly to have. We've also done low cost xrays here for her as well. This facility is much needed; you're filling a hole where a huge gap is now left due to terrible insurance plans and insufficient benefits, while they're exploiting their clients in need of health services. Annie, I believe was her name, was the MRI tech. She was very kind, patient, helped my daughter be at ease during the process and as comfortable as possible (she was a bit nervous going into an MRI). I didn't even know it was the owner I was dealing with when she set up a payment plan for me. She acted like an employee, just down to earth, completely understanding of our situation, and willing to work out a payment plan without pressure. Also, everyone my daughter and I encountered who works there, from the scan techs to the gals at the desk, are as kind and helpful as can be! Working with me on a payment plan relieved such stress in an already stressful health situation going on with my daughter. Plus, we were also able to get the needed tests scheduled and done far quicker than anywhere else I've encounter. I can't thank the owner and everyone who works there enough for making a pleasant, stress-free experience for both my daughter and myself.

This is my favorite place to go for my tests. Everyone is friendly and I’ve never had to wait real long. They’re compassionate.

Love their staff. They handle all the aggravating pre insurance nonsense and when you get there, the staff is extremely friendly and the services are performed quickly and professionally. I won’t go to another location. They also have a Pharmecy, chiropractor and physical therapist on site eliminating a lot of running around.

The wait was horrendous BUT this is the first time I ever waited for an appointment and the nurse handed out gift cards for Dunkin’ Donuts and apologized for the wait. Getting the chest x Ray forced Need to see my physician. He discovered I had a heart aneurysm. Two days in the hospital. Clearing it up. Basically, your chest x-ray may have saved my life

Well, I was initially requested to go to Christ Imaging Center. I tried to do that. The condition of my health was at a very low point. I went to Christ, was told to go North on K ilbourn, I did that. The configuration of Christ is constantly in a state of flux. I circled the hospital 2times. I am not feeling good, Go figure,which I did. If I park the car, where am I going?? Do I have to walk around the hospital to find the imaging center??? I am not in tip top condition. The hell with the exray. I am not chasing down the imaging center. Christ MEDtropolis is just too overwhelming for a simple chest exray. In addition the last two times I was there for exrays that department personnel of the MEDtropolis were cold and very impersonal, indifferent, and undeniably robotic. By now you may have guessed I was not overjoyed about going there. So given the Chicago Ridge location as a bobby prize I grabbed it. I was told you had to have an appointment, so what??? I called. Katie answers the phone. I taken aback--she was a delight; her voice sparkled. I told her I needed an appointment. She said no problem, when? I answered "I could be there in 15 minutes".She replied great, see you then. I parked in front of the building. Walked,in turned to my left, walked 10-20yards , took 5 minutes to fill out some paper work, waited about 4 minutes, and had the was wonderful. As I left everyone said have a great weekend, hope you feel better. Why can't the MEDtropolis have an imaging center like Chicago Ridge??? If they can do it for women's breast care , why not simple exrays??? I would go to Chicago Ridge in a heart beat , if necessary. Donna Marie romanowski

It started with the ease of scheduling the appointment over the phone, the follow-up/reminder call, the directions and the ease of parking. The experience carried over to the clean facility and the excellent receptionist greeting and intake. Lastly, the overall technician service and quality of work is "top notch".
