Extremely happy with the service

No problem with the surgery or surgeon. I did have a reaction to something used during surgery but no fault of the physician. I just happen to be hypersensitive.

I was late b/c I became lost finding the medical complex. I felt silly calling your office twice and a receptionist talked me in. I was late and embarrassed as a new patient. You all were SO kind. Raven was exceptional in her ability to test my vision. Dr. McKinder met me and we talked about my concerns. From the appt. making, I continued to see his name as Dr. Kind- and it was so. I'm grateful that I have new eye physicians closer to my Longwood home. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Very short wait time. Dr Scruggs was the only Dr that was able to figure out what was wrong with my eye. I had been to five other doctors, with an eye infection, before being referred to Dr Scruggs. Central Florid Eye Specialists got me in the very next day. I had to halve surgery to correct the issue but am now fine. Thank you Dr Scruggs and CFES.

Visiting your Lake Mary office is truly a treat. The waiting room is beautiful, and so comfortably appointed. There is a sense of calm through out the building. Raven took me back for my exam, and is a delight. Raven is professional, but very personable and friendly. She puts you at ease and communicates letting you know what is happening. Going to any doctor is not my idea of fun and sometimes it can be scary.Dr. Scruggs and staff are always friendly and very professional. My last visit included a few shots in my eye lid and I was very nervous. His assistant did her best to distract my attention which made the procedure much easier for me. I hope I have no further issues but I know that I will trust Dr. Scruggs if I do.

Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. Dr Scruggs was the sixth doctor I had seen concerning an eye infection I’ve had for six months. He was the only one to figure out what was going on.

The seminar was very informative, both between Dr. Dawn and Dr. Ryan. There were new products that I was not aware of before and I got an introduction to them. I came with an expectation to purchase a certain treatment which I signed up for but needed to go home to look at financial possibilities for others as they were much more expensive, shockingly so. I am not an impulse consumer and definitely need to explore possibilities. That is why I waited two days to make a decision. I know I’m not alone in this regard and feel that more time needs to be given for the offering of a discounted price for the product and/or services.

From the moment we came through the door we felt welcomed. The young lady that checkef me in was extremely nice amd efficient. Hanna, took me right back to the office and explained all the tests. She spoke well and was easy to understand. Dr. Ryan came in and introduced himself. I was impressed with his knowledge and he put myself and my husnamd at ease not only about the procedure, nut about the insurance as well. It is not easy for a physician's practice to impress me and my husband at our age, But they get an A+. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends. Thank you, Sandy Frost

Very efficient staff, I was early for my post op appointment. I was seen ahead of the scheduled appointment. The nurse typed in my comments and offered suggestions for continued treatment.
