I saw Dr Barber in Lake Mary not Deland in order to get the first available appointment . A fact that I very much appreciated since I needed help as quickly as I could get it. Beautiful office, staff and a doctor that I can respect and be most confident in!

After my Cataract Surgery the Pressure on my eye was very high. It was taken care of expeditiously and reduced to normal. I also had issues due to “dry eye” Again this problem was remedied in a timely manner. These guys care.

Like most people, I was a bit frightened to have cataract surgery. However, after meeting with the technicians and Dr. Slutch, my fear began to subside a bit. Now, after having cataracts removed from both eyes, I can honestly say that having my teeth cleaned is more uncomfortable than the surgery performed by Dr. Slutch. Furthermore, the entire staff beginning with the Receptionist to the Surgical team is not only professional; they are caring and sincere. I highly recommend Central Florida Eye Specialist.

Having someone work on my eyes was something I was really afraid of. Everyone who I dealt with at the eye center was friendly, professional, and reassuring. They did a good job making me feel easier, and eventually doing work on my eyes. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of service.

Dr. Is great. He listens to me and realizes that I have trouble remembering so tell me details I cam wrote down so I can look if I get confused. For a young person he is unusually understanding about older people and seems very intelligent. I am a retired teacher and a member of Phi Beta Kappa do I really like having bright doctors. I taught a lot of them when they were in high school and enjoyed doing it and getting them Rady for college. He reminds me of them so I enjoy seeing him.

I highly recommend Dr. Barber and Dr. Chi. Their staff is excellent as well and the facility is very nice.

I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment hoping to be seen sooner. When I was finally called, Miss Gale reminded me of a nurse I seen in a hallmark movie. She was caring and attentive. I was skeptical about seeing a doctor other than my doctor but when Dr. Chi came in and introduced herself and we talked for a few my worries were put to rest. She is super sweet and very informative regarding my post op.

All the staff were very friendly. Answered all my questions. Would highly recommended Dr. Baber. I had a very good experience!
