Staff were highly professional, kind and courteous. I am so very pleased with my results! They were very cautious to space appointments apart so no patient was in contact with other patients during this covid outbreak. Dr. Badger was amazing. I had been putting off my gum grafts for years and when I was finally able to schedule I had other issues preventing us from moving forward. I had worked with primary care doctors, my regular dentist and it wasn’t until Dr. Badger examined me and provided his thoughts on what was going on that I was able to work with my primary doctor to have a biopsy and ultimately a confirmed diagnosis. Once I had that the symptoms could be appropriately treated and I was in good shape for my gum graft. De. Badger did a superb job preparing me and setting proper expectations and I had a very successful surgery that has produced an optimal outcome. I highly recommend him and although I hope I do not ever need the services he provides again I will refer anyone I know who does need them to him. Thank you!

I was totally pleased at how everyone made me feel comfortable while I was waiting to be put to sleep. I like how they explained to me in clear details of how the process was going to happen. The procedure went by so fast and I woke up. I'm nervous about the recovery process but I hope I can heal pretty fast. Very little bleeding but a lot of saliva. Still a little numb on the bottom where the surgery is but no pain yet. The roof of my mouth feels weird but I'm slowly getting used to it. Everyone was so nice and understanding when me and my mom were stressed getting to my appointment on time but the anesthetists was a couple minutes late anyway. So aside from all that even though it was my first time at Cassidy Implants, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I thought the doctor was very professional and honest. However your receptionist was very rude over the phone. I called in and she answered the phone like it was inconvenient for her to talk then she hung up on me. We called back and she acted like helping us was the most inconvenient thing in the world and she gave out no information you had to beg her to tell you anything and she did not verify any of the information we gave her she said she would call us back letting us know if our insurance went through and she never did. I thought that the doctor was very good and that’s why I gave 5 stars but not impressed with the receptionist very rude.

The patient’s safety is your first concern. I appreciated how Dr. Badger asked if I felt ok during the procedures. And also how he made sure I was satisfied with the end result. I am going back to have the final touch up on my gums in a couple of months.
