Friendly competant staff.

Kiana Reyes was wonderful! I had an issue with my insurance, and she was so patient. And when I called her with my information, she got right on it and processed it on the phone while I waited. The lady that did my refraction was also wonderful, very great way of relating and made me feel like we were working together to solve my eye issues. Also the lady that advised me on what style of frames to get a week earlier was appreciated and I love the frames.

I saw a different doctor. He was very nice but I am worried about my prescription for my glasses and contacts. The prescription for the contacts did not change much but the glasses changed from -4.75 to - 6.75. I can see great with the contacts. They could not look up my previous prescription because the computers were down so they checked my current glasses. I have to go back to get the new glasses because of the computers being down which is inconvenient but that does not reflect on the staff. They handled it well.

Very short wait time before I was seen by the tech person and very short time before I was able to Dr. Van Nurden. She also took the time to inform me about the degree of astigmatism that I had in each eye with a numerical example.

Everyone was great!! The only complaint is that this is the second time I have had to wait. This particular appoint I waited a little over 30 min to be seen. I was grocery shopping before the appointment and rushed thru my shopping so I would be on time. Just a thought but how hard would it be if you’re running that late to send a quick text? Just a thought, I know with my busy schedule I would appreciate it.

All of the young ladies who helped me with frame selection were so patient and helpful! I enjoyed working with them. Front desk personnel were friendly and returned my phone call in a very timely manner. All three environments are nice; Sedro Woolley is my favorite because of the lighting; Stanwood is too bright in my opinion and has a peculiar odor. I do like all three clinics. Looking forward to my new frames!!

I was so nervous about my symptoms that I talked Charlotte's ear off! She was very patient and very competent; I apologize for my verbosity. Dr Vanurrden (sp?) was so informative plus had a great positive attitude. I'm very grateful I received such excellent care.

Good experience overall had an issue with my insurance information and I knew it was a mistake being that my wife was there 3 days prior with no issues but it held me at the counter and was a little embarrassing being there where others in the show room and there where a serious of calls that had to be made

I was very comfortable and this practice accepted and worked very well with my quirky insurance. Dr VanNurden was wonderful, confident and very relaxed. She explained things well and I had time to process and get all my questions and concerns addressed. My daughter loves this practice also. High quality glasses with mid expense for frames / lenses. I been to a lot more expensive places that were not half as nice. Staff was all great and competent. Plan extra time as you will move to different areas of the clinic to have specific parts of your exam. Don't have anything scheduled after the appointment if in late afternoon.

I would strongly recommend that for contact wearers who are dialated, it is not an appropriate time to try on and choose new frames. When my contacts are out and my eyes are dialated I literally can't tell what the frames look like on. It would make way more sense to have that experience at the beginning of my appointment. I have a high minus and even going from one room to the next without being able to see other's facial expressions makes me feel very uncomfortable and vulnerable. I bet you could find a smoother way to utilize time and make the patient experience better. I am sure this is a bigger issue for those of us with high minus who are contact wearers. Maybe you could change the order of the appointment only for those who fit this description. Other than that, all staff were curteoua and helpful! I absolutely love Dr, V!! She always makes me feel calm and provides specific and easy to understand details about changes with my vision.

I was concerned that my vision test didn't come out correctly. Charlotte (?) talked me through the exam, addressed my concerns and re-tested my vision, We also discussed lens options. She was very thorough, re-checked my prescription and I ordered my new glasses, Thanks to her.
