The front desk staff is wonderful. Dr. Pulk is a fine eye doctor. My disappointment was with the variety of frames you offer.

I came in with pain in one eye and without an appointment. Within minutes a tech saw to me and had a doctor examine me. This was all done efficiently, professionally and with kindness. I truly appreciate this, not only I feel better physically but my fears and mental well being improved the minute I was taken care of.

Excellent customer service!!!

The young woman who gave me the peripheral vision test was very helpful. She reminded me to blink and she told me it didn't matter if I thought I had missed one that it would come back around. The follow up by the doctor was excellent :he really talked it through with me and convinced me that I did need to follow up with Another test and that it would be covered by my insurance.
