Dr. Shields was very patient and seemed to really care about my eye health. I plan to ask for him again.

The appt. didn't take all day. However I was prepared as I brought a movie with me to watch. Dr. Fu and I agreed on what must be done and then we will go from there. Which was a good thing, and I will see you soon on May 6th for the picture session of my eye or eyes as the case may be.

There read a slight delay (10 min) to sing the doctor but they acknowledged it and apologized profusely. They quickly explained what caused the delay. Once I wad in the exam room the doctor wad there very quickly. I will continue seeing my docs at Cascade Eye! They are the best!

A very pleasant exprience from Reception to Surgery. Everyone was polite, professional , focused and thorough. Anesthesia was stronger on the first eye (right) and I felt no pain. Second CD eye (left) I felt pain with pressure 3 times and it was severe. I am so thankful to have 20/20 eyesight now and I can drive and see street signs. Dr Dahlhauser was a very good surgeon, and I am grateful. Thank you so much!

Everything was great except the music was decades late to slow music. This wasn't even considered easy listening when I worked for a dentist in the 90's. Please for everyone's sanity, put something better on. I feel horrible for your staff!

I wish his assistants would introduce themselves and explain what tests they are doing and what they are looking for with the tests. The back waiting room is too dark and I can't hear the educational segments on the television. I have been coming to Cascade for shots in my eye for years. I never get an appointment right after lunch so I don't have to wait. They are always already filled. These appointments must be saved for special people. Dr. Fu and her staff are always in a hurry. Her staff open the door, race in the room, sit down, type, race out of the rom and shut the door. The snack lady is friendly, I feel like a real person instead of a bunch of cattle moved around from place to place. The check-in area is arranged very poorly. If you have eye problems how can you do automatic check-in?

Front desk personnel were helpful, courteous, pleasant. Check in procedure flowed well. Medical assistant who checked glasses and eyes was also very pleasant and quick. Doctor has great bedside manner and explains information well, making it crystal clear. I had My sister come with me to make sure I didn't forget any questions to ask. Neither of us had any questions. My sister and her husband have been seen previously in your clinic and she was impressed with Dr Shields, too. I had lost my perscription glasses a few weeks before. DMV required my taking a firm for the doctor to complete with my last eye exam measurements. I asked the clerk when I last had an exam. She said it was 11/13/17. So I scheduled a new one on 12/7. When I got into the exam room the technician checked and said I had had one 3/18 and would not be due until 2019. I had left the form to be completed on 12/7, but no one could find it. They printed one out, signed it and refunded my co-pay. I took the form and got my license renewed. Thank you

Attendant was very helpful. Phone call reminder was very confusing as it said to come in 30 minutes later than I thought I was supposed to. Hrefire I did not come in when they really wanted me to so I could do a test. They still accommodated me however. Many of us were kept waiting as repairmen worked on lights or something. The ladies offered us snacks! That was really kind and helpful for the lady with a toddler especially. Thank you

Dr. Fu is a blessing! But I am unhappy that I went back for glasses twice last year and still couldn’t see. No one cared to follow up then, so I spent an entire year with a “cloud” in the center of my vision.

Dr. Elrod is a terrific doctor/surgeon. She is always on time for appt. (I have waited up to 4 hours for another Dr. at Cascade.) Dr. Elrond takes her time to make a patient feel comfortable. Cascade has improved greatly over the time I've been a patient. I still struggle at the sheer size of the practice and feel lime more a number than a patient but not like at first. NIKIA was friendly and personable today as was Dr. Chen.

Service is fine but I think you have gotten too corporate - maybe it's a sign of the times but it makes me uncomfortable to feel like I'm waiting in line at the Department of Motor Vehicles. Parking is also an issue... on days you are busy (and you are usually busy) there may be no place convenient to park and I need to drive around awhile before something comes open.

The exam process from intake to the actual physician was well organized and efficient. The doctor fully explained what the problem was and what needed to be done. The only thing that needs to be worked on was the wait time. My appt was for 9:15 and I was not seen by the dr until after 10:30. I still work and am not paid for my time off.

I became comfortable quickly. The only problem I had was getting the address correctly entered. The font is so small I had to use my clumsy magnifier. I'll see you on the 24th.

I made an appointment, and recieved a follow up call to check my insurance plan because I have Kaiser. Despite Kaiser not typically being accepted, the associate I spoke with said my plan was accepted and I should be covered. When I came to my appointment that was not the case. Short story, I’d have to pay out of pocket, so I cancelled my appointment. The women I spoke to in person were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Yes I was frustrated when I left and wasted a good amount of time, but I called my insurance to figure out what happened. I’m happy to say, I resolved the issue and have made a new appointment. I work far away from home and getting these appointments to work are difficult. Unfortunately I will have to take a day off of work now, but I’m optimistic things will go better next time.

You have outstanding attendants. They are very helpful. I also believe Dr. Fu is very well qualified. My main negative with Cascade is the long waiting time. My appointment time might be 1:30 and I finally check out 2 hours or more later! The Dr. flies into the room, has some positive comments, gives the injection to my eye, "see you in 6-8 weeks", flies out of the room. It would be nice if she had time to ask if we have any concerns/comments. I know she is extremely busy and I want to keep her as my Dr.; however, if Cascade could recruit another retina specialist to help with the work load I feel sure everyone would appreciate that. I didn't know that they had left my prisms out of my glasses but as soon as the tech and I started in she realised enough to call the doctor over who explained about the prisms. Then ordered the test needed.

Wonderful friendly staff. Appreciated the explanation of what was going to happen. Once I was escorted to the ‘back’ room everything went so quickly. It was an easy surgery for me and the big surprise afterwards I COULD SEE! I encourage others to go to Cascade Eye. Have always been treated very well by all the staff.

Surgery was easier than I expected. I wish it could have been anticipated that I would need to be face down. Getting a chair prior to procedure would have been much easier for my first day. Fortunately the company in Bellevue got me set up this morning. I’d like to recommend that your office purchase an emergency use chair for taking care of a patient for the first day while waiting for the rental to arrive. It would have made this less stressful!

I have been getting treatment from Dr Fu for six months and am happy with that treatment. The staff is always helpful and polite.

I would recommend Dr. Rausch. I would not recommend Dr. Dahlhauser nor Dr. Park nor the dermatology PA I saw, whose name I have forgotten. All we're rude and arrogant, particularly Dr. Dahlhauser. When he found out I was a physician, he changed his manner, but a patient shouldn't have to be a physician to receive courteous care.

Appointment time was met. People working there are very professional and answered all the questions and concerns I had.

I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and still had to wait 35 minutes. I've never had to wait that long for any prior appointments.

My only concern is that it’s hard to get an appointment without waiting a long time and the people who make appointments are not very customer friendly.
