My eye exam and contact lens fitting were, as usual, efficiently and patiently handled. I use monovision lenses, and due to changes in my acuity, I had been experiencing difficulties both with near and distance vision. This has been solved and I am very pleased with the results.

We came in for help with our eight month old son's eczema.PA Curcio took her time examined him, gave us incredible suggestions , prescribed him a new cream, and is helping us to make sure our little guy is no longer itchy and uncomfortable. Actually I was a little early but waited only a couple of minutes. The assistant I think named Megan took back to the examinatipn room. She was very efficient and courteous. Started a little stiff. The tech. was rushed and a little insensitive. She calmed down with a few strokes and then she was great. The PA was just fine. She definitely know her business which was calming and reassuring for me. I’m new to WA and many of the medical facilities are not what I’m accustomed to but this office is busy, modern and efficient. It made me feel right at home.

This is not applicable except that it was easy to cancel the aforementioned appt due to snow/ice storm (4 Feb 19) & reschedule, EXCEPT that now I have to wait until the last day of April (3 months) for another appointment. There is something wrong with timely access to care here.

I have had several procedures performed at Cascade Eye and Skin Center for squamous skin cancer, including Moh's Procedure. As a retired medical health care manager I found Cascade Eye and Skin to be a top-notch practice and I give it my highest recommendation.

My hat is off to the schedulers who worked hard to work me in for an appointment earlier than expected. I saw Donella Curcio PA for the first time and she was excellent. Took a personal concern for my problems and she was very professional. Cascade Eye in skin is fortunate to have a professional like her.

Check in has been pretty fast recently, but I think it would be a nice touch if some greeted folks standing in line with a quick, “Hi, We’ll be right with you.” Also if the doctors or assistants aren’t on time, it would be nice to know ahead of time to make arrangements with work. Other than that, staff is super friendly. Facilities are clean. I would recommend this place to others

I don't have Facebook but here's my review. Great place, helpful friendly staff. Dr. Wenner is pleasant and communicative. I am not typically very comfortable in medical places but I am very at ease around her. It's worth the drive, for me, to have my tattoos removed here. The advertising in the lobby and restrooms are the only thing that is uncomfortable. Everything else is spot on and great.

Your staff is very professional and friendly. My experience there has been awesome. Dr Mooney did two MOHs procedures on my face. One below and very close to my right eye and the other in the crease of my nose on the left side. I couldn't be happier. You can't tell there was any surgery. Theres no scars visible tha I can see. Dr Mooney is a master at what she does. She's done two other procedures that have also gone well. She's so precise with her stitches. No infections too. Thank you Dr Mooney and your staff. I highly recommend Dr Mooney. She's the best. She has a very friendly sweet personality and makes you feel very comfortable.

I saw Dr. Sullivan for my yearly skin check and had a blemish on my face that was concerning. She did a thorough skin check. She froze my blemish which had been scabbing and not healing for some time. She answered all.my questions. And she scheduled a follow up appt. to check that the blemish had healed. Since then, my blemish is healing. I highly recommend this clinic and this provider.

I find Cascade to be one of the most efficient Medical facilities that I have ever used. The skin growths I've had removed have always been done in the very best and with the minimum of problems afterward.

I neglected to bring my referral letter and the University Place office did not have, on file, the cc: mailed to them Out 26, 2018. Intake staff contacted my health insurance Co., obtained a new referral, processed my copay all in a courteous and professional manner.

We had the appointment right on time. It was fast and all questions were answered. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The peel was ok. I was disappointed that the PA thought I would have remembered the details of what would be done when we talked about it 3 months before, and I thought the aftercare paperwork was not as professional as I expected given the quality of your care otherwise.

My cosmetician was great and accommodating. The times scheduled were mixed up and I was late but she nicely worked around it. I have some bruising and scabbing around my nose but thats to be expected. She was five stars but the confusion and my confusion about time and the need for another consiltation was four.

Ms prium is the best! I was not happy with my visit for an eye checkup. I asked at check in and to the nurse not to have anything done that insurance (VSP) didn’t cover. No google, no facebook, no public sharing, for gosh sakes. Medical care is PRIVATE!

Most everything was great, the facility, the staff, etc. What prevents me from giving 5 stars is the wait time. On my first visit, I sat in one of the examination rooms for almost 45 minutes before finally walking out. I would not have returned at all, except my wife booked this most recent visit without consulting me. Even on this visit, I waited for the optometrist for nearly 25 minutes. Fortunately he arrived before my frustration level got too high. I do like the facility, and the optometrist and staff were very personable and capable, which gets my rating up to a 4 (barely). However, as you can tell, I have little patience with service providers who expect me to respect their time, while giving very little respect to my own.

The gal who removed skin tags was great. The person who did the 5 min. body scan was polite and 99 percent of skin issues were age related. I think she could of addressed how these skin problems could of been addressed as to what procedures could be done to remove these skin problems and got the impression that I just have to deal with it.

The check in staff, assistants and doctors are all very professional and are prompt on making sure you don't have to wait.

Tammi was very professional and informative. Although the procedure of removing the pimples on my face was quite painful, she was very assuring and explained the causes, details of her actions and follow up and options available.

On August 16 I received a call telling me that my September 11 appointment with Dr Nelson needed to be postponed. So I rescheduled to October 29. On the business day before that appointment I had not yet received your message to confirm the appointment so Icalled to verify my time with Dr Nelson. It was not until I arrived at your desk that I was told Dr Nelson was no longer there. That was disappointing, inappropriate, and not professional.

I was impresse with the doctor. I felt she really cared about my concern. I felt comfortable in sharing all my concerns.

I think the medical staff provides great care. One suggestion is to have some of the information provided, ie wound care, given in a handout or sent by email. After a procedure it is hard to remember everything you are told. It is really good information but too much to remember.

Loved my doctor Alison..the only complaint I have is when I made the appt it was for 3pm check in 2:45p..when I got the text to confirm the appt changed to 3:10pm so I called and the person I talked to acted like it was no big deal...she said to be there 15 min early for paper work so when I did there was no paper work!!

I was very impressed by your offices in Lakewood. I was promptly served by the front desk and only a couple minutes later the doctors assistant met me and prepped me for the doctor. Check in and Dr. visit was very pleasant. Check out not so good. Young man at reception made me very uncomfortable and squirm a bit. The Dr. told the nurse to tell reception to NOT charge another $50 fee to see the plastic surgeon. The receptionist argued with nurse and myself. This was not right. This came from the Dr. Not me, not the nurse. Yet he went back and forth over a $50 charge I was shocked and uncomfortable.

From the time you arrive until the time you leave every staff person is totally focused on your needs, requests, and the service or procedure you are there for - they explain everything, elicit your input and make sure you are comfortable.......you are always “in good hands” - I recommend Cascade Eye & Skin w/o reservation! The cosmetic center rocks!

The whole organization seems to be run very efficiently. All positions seem to be staffed appropriately for the number of patients that seemed to be scheduled. Allison Pruim, P.A.-C was very personable, quick, and efficient. They could use a larger parking lot though. I saw that many cars had to take multiple trips through the lot to find parking.

As a Pediatrician, I know the demands and intensity of the work. In spite of it all, the staff and Dr. Mooney were impressive to say the least. I NEVER sent thank you cards...but I sent one to Maureen. Great eye contact, everyone felt present and appropriately concerned. Thanks so much.

From the moment I walk in the Cascade Eye and Skin Center I was greeted by a "Hello", from the coffee shop clerk. And the when I went I was greeted by Hello's from everyone that was a employee of the center. I even came in on the wrong day and the receptionists said," I will check to see if we can get you in today". With in moments she said, " yes at 11:00 am". I lived about an hour away so I waited. When I was leaving I could hear several people say by, have a nice day.

Short notice appointment after cancellation( next day). On time no waiting. Recommended a sunscreen available on site at a lower price than Amazon’s. Will make Cascade my 1st choice.

Having Carolyn O'Brien on your staff of dermatologists. Next to Dr. Mooney, who has "worked on me" several times and is an artist, Carolyn is my preference. However, I have wondered why blocks of time are not set aside for patients' urgent needs or concerns, when they feel it is necessary to see their provider before their scheduled appointment time. Every other doctor I see does have such times for that purpose.

I came back to Cascade for Mohs procedure. Dr Kim and her nurse (name?) we’re both so pleasant and thorough that I actually enjoyed my time with them ! Dr kim’s skill with stitching gave me a successful skin graft on my nose, and her nurse was clear about how to proceed w/homecare. She deserves a raise for her part in a successful skin graft procedure.

Dr. Sulivan has a manner that puts you at ease. Not only did she treat me with respect she also treats staff the same. I witnessed how patient she was with a new employee learning the computer system. In a previous appointment I needed care just before my vacation and Dr. Sullivan made sure I was seen and treated before I left. I am thankful she is my physician. The ladies who assisted with my biopsy were friendly and professional. My appointment was the kind of experience you would hope for thanks to Dr. Sullivan and staff.

The procedure went well, Doctor was fantastic however introducing a different assistant messed things up where Before Procedure Picture taking was missed because of substutional assistant got into the mix. Teaching is good however for the comfort of patient stick with 2 people Doctor & 1 assistant from start to finish. No Post Op instructions given or left for us. We are human too but if the 2 assistants were around after patient was finished getting dressed instead a 3rd person to show us where to make payment. Well we were 15 minutes early, procedure started late and we felt we were being rushed after everything was done. So what you did well, Procedure by Doctor excellent but the rest for you to decide it what could have been done better.

PA Andrea Jones was excellent! Thorough, caring, sharing where meds worked and where they were less effective. Five star service! I only gave 4 because current medicine (what you ‘sell’) really does not effective cures for 2 of my skin ailments and the risk of side effects are not low for treatment.

I appreciated Dr Patel’s manner and skill... But now I have two visible small bumps on my cheekbone...

It was quick to get in and everyone was very nice, but I ended up with a bit of "Spock" eyebrows, and I'm not especially happy with that; so now I'm waiting for the Botox to wear off.

Facility is modern and well appointed . Front desk staff (5) address clinents concerns very quickly and get them checked in right away. Wait time is any where from 15mins.- 30 mins. Doctors seem knowledgeable but not very friendly and impersonal " it's just business " mentality. Seems like they are on the clock to perform and in a timely manner . I felt I was in a corporate office . I've seen 4 doctors at this location and not one sat down to talk to me face to face.There's little or no time spent to ask questions . I hope things will improve at some future time.

I think, I was so self conscious about my "head to toe" exam, that I didn't feel I had a chance to ask questions.😲 I have another visit in 6 months, to have something else re-checked. I only waited 7 minutes until my pager was vibrating. The tech that greeted me showed me to an exam room. She asked a few questions, gave me a gown and said Allison would be right in. In a few minutes she returned with PA Allison. Allison ased if I had any areas of concern, gave me a thorough exam and I was done in just a short time. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I was heading back to my vehicle in around 30 minutes. ..tops. thanks to everyone! I will give my recommendation to anyone in need of skin care...

Everything! First of all the directions were excellent in finding your clinic. From the moment we stepped into the office, your receptionist was very friendly, very welcoming, and made us feel very comfortable. My nurse Meagan then came out and introduced herself and took us to the procedure room. She was also very welcoming and made us all at ease. Then I met Dr. Kim and she went over everything with us and we just relaxed and let her and Meagan begin. They were very informative as to what they were doing and worked well together. They were both super nice and very upbeat about the job at hand. I cannot state enough at the professionalism, and compassion they had. Dr. Kim was awesome! After the procedure Meagan did the bandage and went over the home care with us. She was awesome! A week later I went in for suture removal and met another awesome nurse, Makayla. She was so good at removing the stitches I did not even realize she was done! Great clinic, great Doctors, and great nurses! I can say not more.

Great service but their was no warning or notice on the copays. It caught me buy surprise. Instead of the normal 20 dollars, I had to pay 48 dollars because I was short 18 dollars on my last visit, which says to me that either or staff wasn't aware or the change had not been implemented yet. Who do I talk to?

A very nice lady gave me an enjoyable shot in my groin and the pleasant doctor removed a small chunk of skin for biopsy.I was in & out quickly. I'd say it was not as much fun as going to DairyQueen but I would do it again. I especially liked the decorative gown but, they would not let me keep it.

Care and results good. The scheduling to followup between surgery on the day were not good. Be back in 5 minutes!!!! Turned out to be 45 minutes. Then pain killer had become non effective and then had to wait another 5-10 minutes to finish. I don't know how many patients are scheduled to be worked on in parallel but it didn't work this day. Goodd for you bad for patient

Always prompt and friendly staff . Visits are quick and to the point . Get in and get out .. like that they email and text options as appt reminders two days before. Always helpful with busy schedules . Have nothing but good to say about cascade skin and eye centers in UP.

I think there is a protocol to take picture of the problem during the appt and it was not done.. I think the pic is important so you can see if there are changes there between the appt day and 3 month follow up..

My 3 yr old is having a bout with warts. Great clinic helping us rid of these pesky “friends”. Highly recommend this team. Knowledge, friendly and convenient.
