I found this office on google so I was nervous to see what I had gotten myself into but quickly realized I made the best possible choice for my dental care. I went in for the first time as a new patient looking to fix my two front teeth and talk about the option of veneers. From the moment I walked in I felt at ease with my decision. The place was cozy and extremely clean. I was asked twice if I'd like a bottle of water. Once in the waiting room and once before the dentist could see me. I took xrays and photographs on what looked like brand new and high tech equipment. The dentist was honest and forth coming. The staff and him were extremely knowledgeable and comforting. They gave me what I will call and dental plan. What my next few appointments will look like and how much it will cost me out of pocket. I know I'm in good hands so I can imagine you will be too. I found Dr. Yokohama‘s dental office a pleasure to visit. The setting is quite serene and and one feels at ease as soon as you enter his tastefully furnished waiting room. Michelle, the office manager, is friendly and engaging. She is very helpful regarding services available and arranging initial and follow up appointments. I was struck too by the level of care provided by Dr. Yokohama‘s clinical assistant, Tiffany. She thoroughly reviewed my medical and dental history prior to my meeting with Dr. Yokohama. My initial meeting with Dr. Yokohama likewise productive and it was clear that he had familiarized himself with my case prior to our initial meeting. To summarize, I’m looking forward to receiving my future dental treatment by Dr. Yokohama and his knowledgeable office and clinical staff.

I’m sure Dr Yokoyama had a full schedule of patients that day yet saw me right away. I was concerned I had an infection (thankfully not). Dr Yokoyama examine the area. Assured me all was okay. He took his time explaining what he thought it may be without rushing. This is a quality I admire in Dr Yokoyama. He makes one feel that they are the most important person in the world at that moment. I’m constantly impressed with his entire staff. Every single one is the best in their field AND incredibly personable. 5 Stars all around.

Dental care is great. The office is beautifully and tastefully laid out and decorated. The equipment in the treatment rooms are very up to date. Every staff member from Dr. Yokoyama on through that is thoroughly professional an caring. I am always greeted by name even those who are not directly involved with my treatment so it it a warm and friendly place. I get great care here! Once I had a problem and Dr. Yokoyama even took care of it on a day that the office was normally closed.

Dr Yokoyamas office offers the best dental care I have ever experienced. In fact, I first showed up at his office after a terrible bike accident with a torn lip,missing front cap, and walked out with a normal looking face a short time later. He was calm under stress, professional and extremely focused on the task at hand. If you want great dental care, this is a good choice.

Dr. Carter's been taking care of my teeth for 15 years I think. His professionalism and expertise has always amazed me. He did thorough physical check of my neck and mouth. Stacy does very thorough teeth cleaning and has been doing that for me for 13 years. I so appreciate their care. And also the coffee they give me when I leave.
