I always feel like the health of my eyes is very important to my doctor and his medical staff. The schedule personnel could be a little more in the know. I had a change in my vision and wasn't scheduled for an appointment as soon as was needed. Fortunately, I was okay, but there could have been a different outcome!

My experience was very good except for getting an appointment for next visit. The young lady gave me a date without asking if that was a good day or time. I am sure you are aware that your patients lives don’t revolve around this office. I would like the respect of being asked if it is a good day and if morning or noon is best. The young lady acted very agitated and not warm for questions.

The waiting was not too bad. The staff and doctor was great. However the price is high. I am thinking about putting my surgery off until I can afford getting both eyes done. I was surprised when the staff ssid I had to get the other eye done within a certain amount of time after my first one was done. That kind of shocked me because the doctor did not mention that fact to me st all. He only said when people recovered from the surgery, that usually gives the incentive to get the second one done. Also, I woke up the next morning with a sore throat. I wonder if the eye drops the staff put in my eyes ran down into my throat and caused this. I was completely fine the previous day before.

ALL appointments should be this fast, my appointment was at 10:15 and I was done at 10:45. Don't know maybe because the girls saw i wasn't feeling well or it's the beginning of Hannukah and Dr. Seltzer wanted to get out early. Been a patient for over 4 years and this was truly my BEST visit!

My entire experience was good. Start to finish. My only complaints were being rushed during my last visit. Surgery and follow visit the same day. My eye patch was not put back on after that visit. The unnecessary waiting to be scheduled for my second eye surgery. I was in the office for nearly 2 hrs for something that should have taken no more than 30 min. I mean I had a date already and my bill was paid a week in advance. Overall, it was a good experience. I'd recommend it.
