My experience was absolutely fantastic. I was certainly dreading my visit and everything went fine and my procedure was 100% pain free. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous.

Dr Parsons and his staff are very curtious and, they provide excellent service to their patients. Dr Parsons provided a treatment plan for me, with the best outcome, and that no other providers were able give me at the time. I might add, that it did require a little research on my part. For your best oral health, its best to check out all your options, as technology is constantly advancing in all medical fields.

I hate having any type of oral surgery, but Dr Parsons made everything as good as I could have imagined.

I was referred to Carolina Periodontics by my Dentist for a crown lengthening procedure. I had a consultation visit with Dr. Parsons who explained the procedure to me and answered all questions I had concerning the procedure. I was impressed with his professionalism, his knowledge, comforting words that enabled me to feel peace with the anxiety I had regarding the procedure. I had the procedure yesterday. Both Dr. Parsons and his nurse were personable, professional, calming, and knowledgeable in their work completed with me yesterday! When I left after the procedure, I felt remarkably good and understood all of the post op instructions given to me! The “front office staff” were also professional and personable....taking me through financing and appointments I would need along the way! This morning (day after the procedure) Amy called to make sure I was OK and to see if I had any questions. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND CAROLINA PERIODONTICS TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS THEIR SERVICES! For an experience no one wants to have...Carolina Periodontics rates “a 10” in my book!!

The whole office is great, friendly, courteous and professional. Dr Shannon did his LANAP procedure on 1/2 my mouth with the second scheduled for a week. No problems, clear instructions, reducing weight on liquid diet, but hopefully this will improve my gums. Dr Parsons excellent periodontist. I take the blame he corrects the problem!
