Arriving to your establishment on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 the office was closed because the receptionist called out, but that did not stop the business from going forward with accommodating the customers. The doctor arrived in a timely manner and another assistant ran the show and provided excellent customer service with greeting the customers and a genuine smile. Thank you for your services.

Customet Service was great and courteous. The receptionist allow me to pick frames while waited for the eye exam. And the exam was professional and fast.

After entering the floor the signs were clearly printed which way to go. I am a senior citizen and usually I get treated a little less because of age. But it was a pleasant surprise that the receptionist was attentive to my needs. The service of the doctor was extremely kind and helpful. I am a diabetic and he was diligent in asking and getting answers that he needed from me. I asked the receptionist would she pick out a pair of frames for me because it was so many to select from and she did just that. I'm very pleased with her selection.
