Highly recommend Dr Ray and staff. I broke the abutment on one of my implants. Visiting Arizona, I was not familiar with an implant specialist. The day I called they fit me in within a few hours and managed to remove the damaged crown and abutment. Thus leaving me able to function till I get back to Kansas. I am so grateful to he and his staff for his help

Everything was great. I was given an appointment in an emergency which I appreciate. I wish someone would have talked to me at the end so I knew if everything went well or what since I was Put to sleep. I had one questionable tooth at the bottom that I was concerned with since I knew that it wasn’t going to come out fully and so I am just wondering if it came out enough to keep me from having pain from the nerve it grew around. Other than that it was perfectl. The staff is very nice and everything it up to date in the office. I was very comfortable with the whole process.

Dr. Rays office is absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk in the office you are greeted. They are very thorough with explaining what procedure needs done and the cost if the is any. It was strange getting a wisdom tooth at my age, oh well. I would certainly recommend Dr. Ray to everyone

Friendly, Dr. Ray was professional & explained the extraction process. I did not even feel any pain while he is pulling my tooth. The only thing that I felt was the pressure & he was telling me about it while extracting my tooth. He gets a A++ from me.

I came to Canyon State with a emergency on my wisdom tooth, and was in a lot of pain. I had insurance, but I found out there was no coverage for the first year. The office showed a lot of passion and gave me a great deal to removed my tooth. I was sho cked . From the office to the doctor I can't be more pleased. The staff was really excellent they were very patient the doctor made my first dentist experience really relaxing in a lot easier than what I ever thought hardly no pain whatsoever I recovered really really quickly they called him next day and they were concerned to see how I was doing it's really hard to find customer service like that. Referred to Canon State Oral and Dental by orthodontist. Danielle front clerk was very nice and answered all my questions regarding my sons removal of wisdom teeth. Dr Ray was also nice and easy going. Overall my son had a very good experience. I'm very satisfied with their service.

My dentist took a pano X-ray and referred me to Dr Ray because they thought I might have multiple wisdom teeth in one location. Dr Ray was able to take a 360 X-ray and view the area from multiple perspectives to determine that there is a single tooth. Unfortunately, I still have to have it removed. Dr Ray was friendly and answered all of my questions that I could think of at the time. Front desk person was also friendly and helpful. Hopefully surgery goes as smoothly as my consult visit.

Doctor was great. However prescriptions were not called in to drug store even after some woman called us for store (which we gave to Doc) After checking with office and hearing a long story about how difficult her job was, it was called in after ano 2 hours. We waited 2 days and waisted time (as well as pharmacist) searching for prescription that had not been called in

Every single one of the staff there is beyond wonderful! I had been putting off getting my wisdom teeth pulled because I have an immense amount of anxiety that had been holding me back for several years, and everyone here made me feel at such ease. Danielle, the front desk representative, is seriously beyond helpful, and she made me feel right at home. And Dr. Ray made me feel extremely comfortable before starting the procedure, along with his 2 assistants that were helping him out at the time. The office staff was very professional. Dr. Ray Did a great job Didn't feel the anesthesia at all But boy does this hurt for the last 24 hours I had not experienced this much pain with the other 4,implants

The surgery was painless and everyone was very nice during the day of surgery! However, every time I call for problems and ask for an antibiotic I feel like I am dismissed. I’ve had continuous pus run in my mouth for days, and I have lock jaw on the other side yet every time I call I am told it is normal and I don’t feel like I am being listened too..

The complete visit from the scheduling to the actual visit was excellent. The entire staff was very nice , and the Doctor (Ray) was extremely knowledgable he took his time to explain to me of all the details of the surgery. Outstanding service from beginning to end.
