I had not been to the dentist for a very long time. As a child through my teenage years I had so many dental procedures and surgeries that I developed a fear and kept making excuses to NOT go back to a dentist. I was finally forced to finally go to a dentist and I was anxious upon my Arrival to say the least. I was quickly put to ease by how friendly and nice the lady at front desk was. I can't say enough about how that made me feel calm and welcome. I was taken back very promptly to the hygienist who was WONDERFUL! I felt like I had to make excuses for my mouth because I hadn't been to a dentist for so long. She made me feel very comfortable and the whole experience with her was a pleasure. She literally didn't make me feel an ounce of pain. The dentist came in at the end of my cleaning to assert the issues w my tooth that was bothering me. I was so afraid of getting news that my teeth were all gonna fall out or something drastic like that, but she quickly made feel like there was a plan we could come up with to fix my concerns, and she was extremely comforting and kind. I couldn't tell you how sly I felt leaving, if I had known how good this experience was going to be I'd of never waited all this time to go. If anyone is reluctant to see a dentist, or has fear of seeing a dentist for fear of being hurt or the pain..... this is the dentist to see. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to the awesome dentist was wonderful. Highly recommend this office to anyone!!!

Dr Larson and his assistant make me feel VERY at ease before and during every procedure .When finished Dr Larson explains what the next steps are thoroughly and provides options and resources if needed .The front desk staff is so helpful with insurance questions and assisting with so many other things . The entire staff is friendly and have an uncanny knack for understanding what Im saying during a friendly chat when my lips are numb and my mouth is stuffed with gauze . And the violet color walls need mentioning because they are so calming , Im ready for a nap as soon as get in the chair 🥱which definitely helps with any anxiety😊

I felt very safe in the office during this covid pandemic. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

This was an emergency. I had been in pain with teeth hurting and swelling which I knew was an infection all of Sunday and did not sleep at all Sunday night. Called Monday morning and they fit me in. A tooth was infected and needed to be extracted. They worked with the oral surgeon’s office to make sure I got in that day knowing how much pain I was in. Even as I left their office all of the staff were so concerned. So I did get the tooth extracted and after the pain relieved. The next day Dr McLaughlin’s office called to make sure I was okay. You were all so wonderful and I am so thankful.

I would give five stars as I thought the entire experience was excellent. My only complaint is that I was told the doctor was going to be in the room “in five minutes” but it was about a half hour. Honestly I really don’t mind waiting, I know she is giving the same care to the patients before me as she will give me........but I would prefer not to be misled. It makes the wait much longer when you expect it to be much shorter and it goes on and on.

Personally, I think your COVID protocols go to far. While I agree that some degree of safety needs to be applied, yours go too far and made the experience a bit uncomfortable.

The office was well organized and focused on providing a safe environment to its patients. Corona protocols were well implemented and minimally intrusive. The care provided was excellent. The staff and professionals were affable. A good experience!

Ever visit I have had was a warm welcome by everyone. When I had a billing issue they helped by dealing with the insurance company instead of putting it on me. I would recommend this office for the courtesy and professionalism along with convenience and parking.

Who likes going to the dentist? Anybody?? Every time I get that reminder that I have an appointment my anxiety starts to go up. But once I get there the girls are always super nice and friendly and that anxiety starts to go away. Been coming here for years.

My husband and I both use Dr. McLaughlin. We love the doctor, we love the staff and we are happy with her availability. She recently checked our very young grandson and he didn’t even cry.

Allison the hygienist was absolutely fantastic- friendly, gentle with my sensitive gums and above all, thorough. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I had to wait over 35 minutes to see the dentist for final check over- not her fault at as she was tied up with a patient, but no one came back to let me know there was a delay.

Dr. Mclaughlin has a thoughtful and thorough professional. You feel comfortable from the minute you walk in till the minute you leave.

My 3 o’clock appointment was never written down in your office. Waited to be squeezed in at 3:45. Receptionist was very pleasant and made the long wait pleasant. After my cleaning I smiled at four woman. None followed me home 😩.

My hygienist is always great! This visit the office was a bit unorganized, which is not the norm, but everyone was still great although confused. I was told that someone called and said they were me and cancelled my appointment. Not sure what that was all about.

It was fine but I missed Hope. I normally have her for my cleaning. Sherri who took the xrays is very sweet and I love Dr. McLaughlin I have been going to her for many years.

It was perfect,I was a little uncomfortable because I sometimes experienced lack of breeding through my nose! But the doctor ‘s work was excellent!

Bridget is A+. So is Reception/Billing. I did have full mouth X-rays and the hygienist missed an excessive amount of times. I counted 6 retakes from her errors. Radiation to my head is not the time to make mistake after mistake.
