My first visit there was nothing but pleasant. The staff was friendly and calmed my fears. I'm was traumatize by other dentists. But here My hygienist was Knowledgable and caring. I had a very professional experience with Borson Dental. They were very polite, warm and welcoming. Borson dental took me in for an emergency wisdom extraction and even checked on me later on in the day to make sure I doing well. It has been hard for me to find a good caring dental home and I believe Borson Dental is my new home.

What a great dentist office!! I’m one of those seniors with dental phobia and the whole staff was fantastic! Had a cleaning with DeAnne and she was kind and gentle. Next had a root canal with novacaine and didn’t feel a thing! Love that they use a topical numbing treatment before the novacaine shot. Barely felt the actual shot! Went back following week for a filling and tooth extraction. Based on my previous visits I wasn’t nervous at all and once again, a pain free experience. Recovery was easy and thanks to Dr. Brad and his staff, I will no longer avoid going to the dentist! I’ve been to a lot of Dentists in the past 60 years and he is by far the best! Good communication, interested in saving teeth if possible, and gentle touch! So happy I tried Them out! Everyone was fantastic, from receptionist, dental assistants, and insurance manager.

I very much appreciated the emergency services. I was very uncomfortable with a broken crown open to the air with sharp edges scratching the side of my tongue. The staff were very kind and the work was done as painlessly as possible. They were able to squeeze me into a schedule that was already full.

I have been a patient of Dr Borson’s for many years. I knew he was getting close to retirement & was surprised when I found out he had left. And the same thing with my hygienist Katie. She left & I was surprised to find a new hygienist. But with all that said my new hygienist Whitney was great! And Dr Gibby is also very nice. And of course the office staff is always friendly & pleasant. Even though I live about 30 minutes away I will definitely continue coming to this office.

Staff always provide friendly and professional service. The staff share procedural costs before hand, let's you know your particular treatment plan (next steps) before rescheduling the next appointment. I so miss Dr. Borson but Dr. Gibby has proven to be a gem (Diamond in the rough, yet sparkling), great dentist and excellent dental office.
