Perfect antidote to holiday stress

Body Restoration has a clean, safe, fun atmosphere with the best instructors around. I have taken Lagree at several other studios and this one tops them all. Massage and Chiropractic care are just two of the many fabulous services offered alongside nutritional products. I’ve made new friends and my body is making new curves thanks to Kristin and her great educated staff!

Instruction was helpful and visual to show how to do each move. Hard exercises with was to modify if you needed
