I got in to see Dr. Markowski quickly — no long wait in the lobby. He answered all of my questions and spoke directly to my concerns about my elevated pain level. Staff is friendly and competent.

Helped solve my sprained ankle problem.

The cortisone shot didn’t seem to help as much as it did the last time I had one. I’m not in as much pain but I’m not able to bend my trigger finger all the way like I used to. If I move my Hanns a certain way it will hurt in some areas still.

I was able to schedule a same day appointment! Although the front desk clerk was not very welcoming, The PA had amazing bedside manner. He was clear, concise and comforting. He showed me my X-ray and explained everything. I highly recommend this facility.

My initial appointment at Bluewater Orthopedics with Dr. Fox was a good experience. The staff was courteous and helpful with my questions and Dr. Fox was attentive, kind and compassionate. My pain was understood and addressed then and there. After discussing another issue I had been dealing with, Dr. Fox immediately addressed the situation and personally solved my predicament for which I am totally grateful. I certainly enjoyed my visit at Bluewater Orthopedics last Monday. Rustin was great and explained everything to me and answered all my concerns. I did have one issue, though, from the previous week. I had called regarding need for therapy and asked why I never received a call regarding my status. Dr. Fox did call the night of the surgery, and I was extremely impressed by that. But, no calls later in the week about my condition. I called the office and was given to Brittany. She told me they would review my status and discuss therapy at my next appointment. I understood waiting till my appointment to discuss therapy but her lack of concern for my well being after surgery appalled me. But from my two appointments and talking with Dr Fox, I had a good experience with Bluewater Orthopedics.

The appointment went well and I chose to have left knee replacement as soon as it can be scheduled. Awaiting call from scheduling.

Excellent treatment by all staff members. Two things would have allowed me to give 5 stars: 1) shorter wait time. Waited one hour to be seen by physician assistant, and 2) the medical history paperwork should be more specific about orthopedic issues, i.e. joints/bones. I'm one that has multiple issues with back, elbows, wrists, hands, knees, feet and nothing was asked other than "Arthritis" was listed in disease list of things you've had. Nothing to indicate pain level either or diagram to mark what is hurting. All our joints, limbs plus backs work together and affect a person's condition and what treatment might work best.

My appt was for 3:10...I arrived at 3:05...was not called in to exam room till 3:25.....After initial Q & A with nurse and x-rays I waited in exam room for > 30 minutes till doc arrived...!

The staff and Dr. Fox are fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel comfortable. Dr. Fox replaced my left shoulder with a reverse shoulder procedure. It worked out perfectly. The recovery time was relatively fast. I recovered a lot quicker and had much less pain then when I had a rotator cuff repair from another doctor. I highly recommend Bluewater Orthopedics.

Dr. Fox gave me a clean bill of health. His surgical skills are exceptional, and patient follow up care was outstanding.

If you could have a good experience going to the doctor this was it. Dr. Goeke is great. He explains everything to you he is friendly, kind and caring. Great “bedside manner”. The staff is terrific and never acts like you are an inconvenience!!! They are great.

Dr Markowski is so personable, he’s the only doctor that calls me by my first name. He’s not arrogant and explains everything you need to know so you can make an informed decision. The nursing staff is also very good as well as the office staff. It is always a pleasure to visit.

Took the extra time to explain to me what was going on with my knee, then actually did something to relieve my knee pain by removing the fluid around it and giving me a cortisone shot. That was awesome. They even provided me with a knee brace to give my knee some extra support until it can get repaired. I left there with alot of confidence that I was in good hands with people that actually care about my wellbeing. I will never go anywhere else other than Bluewater Orthopedics for my orthopedic care. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
