Scheduled appointments are pretty much on time. Last minute need to see a doctor is accommodated and same day. Billing issues (not bethlehem eye associates issues) because of my transition to Medicare have been handled patiently and with lots of communication. Great to deal with.

The appointment was on time and painless. The doctor checked my eye and was positive I had a sty...never had one before. He recommended hot compresses several times a day, and gave me a prescription for antibiotic drops to administer 3 x day. Perhaps going forward he might want to give the patient a heads up on how much these drops cost!!!

Dr. Rosati, was wonderful. My daughter is 14 and has been coming there and seeing Dr. Ketei since she was 7. As of this year she is now seeing Dr. Rosati. He was very good with her. I needed a good Optometrist, so I decided to make an appt. With him as well. I really like him. He is very patient.

As any mom, my children are my top priority and when our trusted opthalmologist referred us to Dr Ketei, I did what any mom would do and asked around about his experience with teenagers and children. The overwhelmingly positive response wouldn’t have matched what we found upon entering the office the day of our appointment. The staff is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and caring. I have been a patient of Dr. Robert Kitei’s for quite a number of years now and I won’t go anywhere else. I trust Dr. Kitei with my health and I have had 2 operations under him. I love his personality, frankness, openness, humor and when needed no nonsense approach. I want a dr that I feel has my best interest at heart and will do what’s best for me not cater to some big conglomerate.

I feel that I’ve been receiving outstanding care. Two minor difficulties that I mentioned to Dr. Alterman: the date for me to begin my preop medications was one day off – it was dated the day of my surgery rather than the day prior. Also, the copy of my post op instructions was unclear and difficult to read - Not helpful for a person who is having trouble seeing! Everything else was spot on. Thanks.

Dr. Robert Ketai & staff are the best. This April was my 2nd visit to Dr. Ketai, as I was experiencing some painful eye symptoms. What a relief as he did promise me, I will get the relief needed and I would say “ He is a miracle worker” 😊. We first met him when our daughter was 3 years old and he has been her eye specialist for the last 5 years. We always look forward to seeing him and hearing good news about our daughter’s improving eyes. He is quite easy to speak to and listens well, then offers his professional opinion. My husband also sees him and highly recommends him.

Dr Robert Kitei is always very good: explains everything very well and patiently answers questions and just does a very good job overall. My only disappointment was that the options for my upcoming cataract surgery were not explained much at all and it wasn’t made clear whether one or both eyes were to be corrected. I was told all that would be explained when I come in for the eye measurements late this month. It seems I should know the options now so I can hink about them and maybe check with the “medical folks” in my family for their thoughts.

From start to finish with my cataract surgeries everyone was very warm, caring and very, very professional. I really can't say anything other than I am very happy with my care and would recommend Bethlehem Eye to every one I know.

This was our first visit. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Kitei was wonderful. He answered our questions and made my son feel comfortable. We were there late in the afternoon and were still seen in a timely manner and had little wait time in the lobby.

The parking lot was totally filled that I had to park in a non-parking zone, so I was very concerned that I would have to wait a long time to be seen, but that was not the case at all. I was in and out within an hour.
