Very professional and friendly staff. Even after seeing how bad my mouth was and telling me what I needed to do to keep them from getting worse and being able to keep my teeth they were firm and friendly at the same time. You let me know what my insurance covered and what it won’t for my first treatment plan and I will be following through with the treatment plan and whatever they suggest going forward. Thank you for not making me feel some sorta way and not wanting to come back. I’ll be seeing you soon to start the first treatment plan.

This was my first time coming here. Everyone was so friendly and were able to work around our schedule to get us in. All our questions were answered and explained with options. The doctor was great and welcomed us to the facility and was happy to have us. Darla was amazing as well. She was friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable as she explained everything she was doing during our appointment. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this facility to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

I had a great experience. They took their time to explain everything to me , she was gentle with already hurting mouth when doing xrays needed for the insurance company and the dentist took his time to tell me a plan and answer any questions I had , very friendly staff . I highly recommend!

I cannot begin to express how positive my experiences have been at the office of Bethesda Dental Center at Zanesville, OH. I went through the process of getting fitted for dentures. Given my condition, initially I was not very optimistic about the outcome, as I am actually a poor candidate for dentures, but I thought I would give it a shot anyway...again. A few years ago, at another dentist's office, I was unable to get a good fit, and I finally just stopped wearing them. When I started going to Bethesda Dental Center, it was different...much different. The dentist was determined to help me, no matter the complexity of my case. Sure enough, his diligence (and caring) paid off, as I now have great fitting dentures, and not even any need for any adhesive at all. Everyone here truly cares about all of their patients, and they will work with you The dentist is awesome. In fact, as I was waiting in the waiting room, I observed a mother leaving with her young daughter. On their way out, the mother kept praising the little girl for how well she did. I'm sure the demeanor of the dentist and everyone else had much to do with that. I highly recommend this place for your dental needs.

I only gave 4 stars because I had to lose 2 teeth. I really appreciated how the dentist offered comfort and sympathy for what he had to do. I also appreciate his skill set and professionalism and how he took care of my problem. Everyone is kind and caring and I appreciate their concern for my well being. So the experience of losing 2 teeth was unpleasant but 5 stars for their skill set and professionalism.
