I came in for my 6 month cleaning. The hygienist was great! The front desk/receptionist could be more courteous and polite. I.e say please and thank you when speaking with patients. The dentist did not examine my teeth this visit. I'm not sure if this is typical at your practice. At my previous dentist I was examined at each visit.

First of all I totally appreciated the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. I am so happy with the service my family has received at this office. From the dentists to all of the staff, everyone is so accommodating and helpful. My son was visiting from out of town and we had scheduled a check up of his teeth. Dr. Seth was able to detect decay under one of my son's crowns and that day he made the time to correct the problem because he knew my son was in a time crunch when visiting. Dr. Seth took the time out of his busy day to make sure he treated my son with the best of care. In the office, they were able to make 2 crowns and fit the crowns on the teeth all in the same day within a few hours. If Dr. Seth had not corrected this issue, my son would have ended up with a severe infection. Thank you so much to everyone in this office. I really appreciate the kindness and great work ethic. We are all so happy with the results right in time for the holidays. And Jenny, the office manager, also was such a great help in guiding us in the right direction with our dental insurance. Right on time, diagnosis quick, repair done efficiently - can't ask for more (although the high price was a bit of a shock, but not a show stopper.)

Got to see the dentist pretty much on time. He explained what was needed and proceeded to do it! I was a little surprised at the cost of the procedure, but it wasn't a show-stopper. The facilities are up-to-date and modern, clean and the whole crew friendly and up-beat. I'd recommend to anyone.

I thought the office is very professional and friendly. While the wait was a bit too long everything else was just right. Dr. Seth has great hands and a substantial root canal went very well. I've been using the same dentistry for over 15 years and the office exceeded my expectations. I'm not crazy, though, about making a deposit on subsequent appointments. I can't blame the office if that's their experience with patients but it is still disappointing, especially as I'm another professional.
