I believe like a healthy percentage of the population, I have an irrational anxiety regarding the dental experience. However, I would like to pass on my appreciation to Dr. Bauer and his team for the professionalism, kindness. and personable touch that made things not only good, but different from other experiences. He certainly exudes care and kindness while being an artist with a drill and all those extremely cool tools. My appointment was I’m sure quite routine for he and his staff, but it was not for me. Dr. Bauer was timely and thorough, was honest and direct regarding the condition of my mouth, and the staff seemed friendly and efficient.

I know I need to quit smoking. Cathy asked me if I line up 6 cigs a day. I do just that. I am going to a heart doctor after i get referred. Cathy cannot prescribe smoking cessation. I know there were stains. In fact all the stains are not gone.

The Bauer office is people friendly, great listeners,very Sensitive to each customer issues with their teeth, allows each moment sitting in the dental chair to be the most comfortable and relaxing. When I go in for any appointment they know to use warm water on my teeth. I’m sensitive to cold water. They will even lower the lights for you while your just waiting for them to work on your teeth. When I go in for a cleaning they know just when I need to swallow and the vacuum is right on it. Doctor Bauer is very thoughtful to my needs and cares about all the issues that concern me. Thanks for their most Honesty, loyalty and caring as one office has become. If I was able to give them an award it would be for their big heart as a whole dental Experience and over all great customer service for their loving hearts to make me smile again. I love that Bauer Dental Clinic is making dental work so much easier to endure. Afterall, holding your mouth open, hearing the sound of the drill, and anticipating pain is not fun. The atmosphere is so positive. I know that I will receive quality care, and discomfort is minimum. Going to the dentist isn't my favorite thing to do, but I actually enjoy going. Because they have the technology to create crowns, I had my broken tooth replaced with a permanent crown in 3 hours - - and it was very tolerable with no pain after the novacaine wore off. I was back at work and have not had any problems. Thank you Tyler Bauer & staff. This is the reason I recommend you to family & friends.

Dena did an excellent job of cleaning and checking my teeth while making me feel very comfortable. Dr. Bauer is so comfortable that my childhood fears have completely disappeared. Jocelyn is so competent and friendly. I love this office.

My visit per the usual was "excellent." What more can I say? An incredible staff, an amazing dentist (not to mention Dr. Bauer's humor). Never thought I could find a dentist in Yakima like the one I had in Bellevue for so many years but I have! What a relief too, knowing I don't have to drive to Bellevue for appointments and/or an emergency, Dr. Bauer is only a few blocks away. Truly, I couldn't ask for anything better, great location, great staff and again, one heck of a fantastic dentist.

The office staff was very friendly , made me feel comfortable. Was pleased with the minor dental work that was done. They started a discount program for people with out insurance so I wasn't charged for this visit. I was taken care of promptly. Overall a good experience.

Very nice and competent employees. Only complaint was when my x-rays were taken, I was not given the lead apron to shield against the radiation. I am a breast cancer survivor, and I should've asked for it. But, I didnt.

Appreciate the text and phone call to remind us of the appointment. Front Desk receptionist very pleasant. Hygienist very good with the cleaning. Dentist very good and checks everything. Nice office to go to. Recommended to anyone that is tired of going to clinic and seeing different dentist each time. Nice that they get to know you as a patient!
