You always do well. However I'm puzzled by the call aimed at Byron for him to come in for another appointment with some new equipment, by a person who didn't pronounce his name correctly...his new glasses rub on the back of his ear where the hearing aid is, and he isn't going anywhere soon to fix the problem!

All the checks were great. The check with the new machine was not totally smooth. But I'm sure that will change in the near future. But it was very interesting and informative.

Always a pleasant experience. The assistant was a pleasure to work with.

Dr. Miller always comes up with solutions and listens and cares. The staff is kind and knowledable.

Professional and cordial but I would have liked more time deciding on frames. I felt rushed. Also there should be an option of putting down half and paying balance at pick up. Meds are too costly.
