I haven't been back to the office since it's changed hands. Thought I would give it another go, though I was very skeptical. I was very unhappy with the 'old school' service! But I have to say, I'm very pleased so far! Even though my first visit back was for a consultation and xrays. I am happy with the changes made to the office, especially nice to see familiar staff! They were all very welcoming! But no surprise there! Before I met Dr. Bandy, I was I able to see (some) of the updated, state of the art, equipment! I knew this was going to be a very positive experience! And it was! Dr. Bandy was friendly, up front, and very professional! Everything was great. I was very nervous about the needle. Dr Bandy was by far the best dentist I have ever had to numb my mouth. I literally did not feel the needle at all. His technique is THE BEST. He numbed the gums first with cream and then used a very slow and easy technique with the needle. I couldn’t feel it. A first for me. His staff was very friendly and professional and Dr Bandy was very nice to chat with during my procedure. He showed me close up before and after pictures. Office and scheduling staff is very friendly and personable, while also projecting a professional environment. My experience with Dr. Bandy is not extensive, but the limited exposure I have had with him is very good. I have extensive experience with Dr. Murphy, and believe he is unquestionably the finest dentist I have ever known! This includes military as well as civilian dentists. As for Dental Hygienists, Meredith is absolutely World Class!!! There is simply none better!
