What a great experience I have a pointman for a short time and within 10 minutes 15 tops I was already in the Examination room 38 determination for my eyes very thorough everyone is very professional and courteous do you to be very knowledgeable my doctor grade is always I will have my cataract done by the end of the month or in April and have it down there it’s good to know good professional people

Wait time after appointment time was about 30 minutes. Other than that, the appointment, service and care was excellent.

Thanks to Dr. Doxanas for a thorough eye exam and a clear, easy to understand summary of the results. All the workers here are very courteous, friendly and helpful.

I moved to New York a couple of years ago from Baltimore. I will not change my care from Dr. Doxanas to someone more convenient in NY. So I schedule my appointments when I come to visit family. Having found I had no vision issues that might be related to my occasional dizziness, Dr. Doxanas advised me to see an ear specialist which I will be doing in early July.

An emergency came up and I had to pick up my granddaughter from school and all staff members helped me to get out on time to do that. Special thanks to the staff.

Everyone pleasant, efficient and timely in their execution. My only slight negative was a less than clearly defined reason for the extra laser adjustment when I’ve never had any prescription. I was left with concern whether it would cause me more trouble with recovery.

Arrived early for appointment and was given various tests by Nick. He was very personable, efficient and knowledgeable about what tests were given. Wish that I had the questionnaire and pamphlet mailed to me before my appointment. I was still filling out the questionnaire as I went from room to room. If I was able to read the pamphlet at home before the appointment I would have been able to discuss my cataract options more intelligently with Dr. Doxanas since I have not had a cataract removed before and not familiar with his cataract procedures. However, Tina has been very helpful answering my questions. Dr. Doxanas came very highly recommended by a doctor that I go to.

A couple are actually rude on the phone, not at all pleasant or customer oriented.

One suggestion, please consider honoring Advantage MD a Hopkins Medical care provider. I have recently retired and have Medicare with Advantage MD as the gape provider. I want to continue my relationship with BEP but need insurance coverage. I paid full private rate for today’s visit but will need insurance coverage for future visits. The exam was complete. The techs were very professional and accommodating. I felt that Dr Doxanas was very rushed and he wrote my bifocal Rx as 250 despite the fact that it had been previously written as 300 and that I had stated that I was having difficulty with reading close-up.
