They have an optometrist, an optician and good equipment in addition to Dr Astorino who has done minor surgery on me. He also brings in specialists as needed. Recommended by my primary care physician. I had been going to an Huntington Beach practice for 40 years.

Dr. Astorino is awesome. He has an office in Newport on Superior--Astorino and Associate Eye Center. If his schedule it busy, his associate Dr. Ho is also fantastic. Super nice people and very competent.

My vision has enormously improved thanks to a caring and competent staff. I had an exceptional experience in every way.

Dr. Astorino, Dr. Ho, Andreea, Anne and Mervin were knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Astorino explained all of the risks, benefits and outcome very clearly. Not only is he treating the glaucoma, but he also found additional problems with my eyes that had been undiagnosed by others. He is guiding me through all of my eye issues with excellent treatment, attentive care, and compassion. He is great at explaining his diagnosis and treatment so that I understand what is going on with my eye health and vision. His staff is also professional and caring. I took my glasses back to lenscrafters for repair and they couldn't do anything after having them for a full day. I took them to dr astorino and their optician fixed them in 5 minutes while I waited. Completely different level of service.

I was referred by Dr. Ballinger in 2005, a developmental ophthalmologist who worked with my son. Dr Astorino's office made me feel very comfortable, and the staff were caring and competent. My surgery was in 2006, and we used the then relatively new CrystaLens. It was well-explained and the results since have been remarkable. After wearing glasses and contacts for 46 years the premature cataract surgery not only identified the cataract situation the 4 other optometrists/ophthalmologists had missed, but the lens, with about 6 months of eye exercises on a daily basis, have provided 20/20 or better vision, near & far. Truly a life-improvising situation!

I was referred to Astorino and Associates by my husband who had been with the eye center for a number of years and was extremely happy with them. I have also had a very pleasant experience with the eye center, which has seen me through cataract surgery on both eyes and currently monitors my dry eye, macular, and other ongoing eye concerns. I am very pleased with the results of my cataract surgeries. I had worn glasses or contact lenses for the past 40 years and have needed no corrective lenses for either eye since my surgeries.

Dr Astorino is the best eye doctor in the world. After 2 weeks of my cataract surgery I can already see 20/30 and astigmatism corrected. My vision is still improving. I had Lasik and long eye.
