The team and Dr. Clevenger made me feel calm and comfortable! We’re dealing with the Covid-19 issues currently, but that did not deter them from making me feel welcomed and safe! I would highly recommend this office in Medford, Oregon and will visit if I ever have any need to in the future. They even sent me home with a bouquet of flowers! Thank you to all of you who worked on my team!!

I was terrified to have my wisdom teeth removed but the staff made it so easy for me and I felt so comfortable. The flowers they have me after my procedure was such a nice gesture. The dental procedure was an excellent experience. I loved the flowers, helped with the pain. The only reason I gave 4- stars is because I totally disliked paying my bill from the dental chair!!! I NEVER let someone take my credit card out of sight... and she was gone for 10+ minutes with it. Easily a possibility for someone to fraudulently use it. I also felt like I was being held hostage unless I paid right then and there. I have insurance .. wondering why you can’t do all the finances before... Next time in need to use your practice I will require to pay at the front desk, so as to not create that kind of stress just before an extraction.

Amazing team of caring and experienced people here! I was very nervous. I went to have all 4 wisdom teeth pulled. I had rescheduled my consultation previously because I was afraid. When I finally made it in they were friendly, reassuring and very kind. They got me in the very next week (so I didnt have too much time to overthink this and cancel). Dr.Savage and his team had me numb and all teeth extracted in less than an hour. There is no way I would call the procedure pleasant! I think for having 4 teeth pulled all at once it was the least traumatic they could make it. I was awake for the procedure and one of the assistants was very helpful reminding me to breath through it and letting me know the progress. They were all very wonderful and I would reccomend Dr. Savage to all my friends and family. Also, one of the ladies on the team had her teeth pulled at the office a few years ago. She helped with my anxiety alot just by sharing her experience. I can't say enough good things.

Best place in Rogue Valley to pull out teeth! I felt no pain till the local and nitrous Gass wore off! Still have a little soreness in the back lower tooth area of my gums but very tolerable! I was the first one in on Monday morning. Checked in at 7:45, taken back to the extraction room and within less that 30 mins. my tooth was out and I was home before 9:00. Virtually no pain. I didn’t need any of the pain meds. I think everyone should have their teeth pulled without anesthesia.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! The follow up call that we received the evening of my daughters surgery was helpful in answering a couple of questions that came up. My only complaint, which is a trivial one, is the office not having Wi-iFi available while waiting for a loved one. My phone did not have a single bar of reception, so I was unable to work on anything or communicate while waiting.

Everyone was awesome!! Very informative and everyone made it a less stressful situation! I wish I would’ve had this done earlier had I known how easy it was going to be.

Dr Bryan Clevenger and all the staff were fantastic. I would see them again if necessary. I was surprised that the whole tooth removal took almost 3 hours. But I’d rather it take more time and be performed well, than be fast and performed poorly. Thanks so much😊

Great people! Had to wait awhile for surgery because they were running behind, but they were always checking up on me and made sure my experience was great.

I had een anticipating being put to sleep for my surgery, which unfortunately wound up not being the case. The entire staff was so helpful and so friendly and did everything that they could to make sure that I was comfortable; especially when they understood that I was somewhat afraid of the procedure. They also have been great with following up for Aftercare and checking in to make sure that I'm doing okay.

I was very impressed with the caring and courteous staff before, during and after the visit. This was the first time I have ever needed oral surgery and was more than a little anxious. I mostly appreciated the bedside manner of Dr. Raj. He is personable, looks you in the eye, makes a high anxiety patient as myself feel safe. I can't express how great everyone was with me. I am not the easiest patient, but everyone in the office made me feel welcome, safe, and that I would be well taken care of. I had to have a tooth pulled, which I have never experienced before, so I was a bit nervous about that. On top of that, I'm pregnant and extremely emotional. On the day of my extraction, I can't for the life of me tell you why I was crying, but I was and I couldn't stop. Rikki and Dr. Savage didn't make a big deal about it, instead they acted like it was perfectly normal. Great crew of people. I’m currently 1week after surgery and after having 8 teeth removed I feel great. I have been taking ibuprofen for 3 days now without taking any other medication aside from the sockit hydrogel and now everything is good and healing well. Surgical assistant Alex is a complete GEM. Whatever you do, please do not lose her as an employee. She single-handedly made my terrifying procedure so much easier to deal with. She talked me down when I was about to walk out from fear, she asked about and tried to understand my past dental traumas and why I was so paralyzingly terrified to be there and the entire time was simply kind hearted and genuine. The cherry on top for me personally, was when Alex brought me 2 juice boxes when I told her my blood sugar was low (Type 1 diabetic). Doctor Raj was great and very personable and Alex is the best right hand girl he could have.

My experience in Dr Savage's office was amazing considering having all of my upper teeth pulled! The entire staff, from the front office back, is always incredibly friendly and concerned about how you are doing and feeling. And Slip is the best!! I will have all of my oral surgical needs taken care of here and will always recommend them. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

The surgical assistants and staff made me feel very comfortable for a procedure that I was nervous about. They were caring, kind, and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on. They also gave me great post surgery instructions and have been awesome about addressing questions I have had since the procedure!

Recovery went very well. Disappointed that I had to wait 30 minutes beyond my scheduled surgery appointment to be called back and then at least 30 minutes more once in back before procedure began.
