After a difficult year of specialty dental issues from other oral specialists and procedures, I was so relieved to be back at Ash and Rowan Family Dental for a basic exam and lovely, gentle cleaning. I'll be seeing them again soon for some restoration care and based on the past 20 years of care from them I know it will be comfortable, professional and will even include many laughs and funny interactions . The unusual emergency procedures I experienced this year really made me appreciate Dr. S and Dr. K even more than I already did.

I have always gone by Rob even though my legal name is Robin. I have been a patient for about 25 years and have always been called Rob. But now your system be it updated or for whatever reason. Calls me by my legal name. I would prefer to be called Rob as Ash and Rowan has always done. Additionally your old system was never annoying by sending a flurry of texts and emails. My appointment with Dr Saffer and Kendra was perfect. But, the multitude of texts and the sudden unfamiliarity with me as a patient is annoying and that is why I had to push myself to give you 4 stars.

Dr Saffer is very good at explaining what he’s doing and why. Nick and Dr. Saffer’s workmanship is excellent. I’ve been going to Ash and Rowan for a few years. My latest appointment was for X-rays and cleaning. The dental hygienist was very gentle with my sensitive teeth and Dr. Saffer is very good.

I was contacted to reschedule ahead of time. No reason given. On arrival, I realize I was to see a different hygienist. Even my regular hygienist was unaware why I was changed. If this is to happen again, I would appreciate an explanation when I call to reschedule. Also, please don’t ask to reschedule when it’s convenient for you. Even though my sit in hygienist did a fine job, I chose my regular for a reason. If you need me to try out a new hygienist to give them a test see how well they do or fill their schedule because it’s light, give me the courtesy to be aware what is going on and have the ability to decide whether I want to participate. Thanks.

I was very pleased with the dental Hygenist. She explained so much to me. On the last visit, the dental Hygenist numbed my gums, which I’ve never had done before. She did not explain things to me as did the one I had recently! She, also, picked up a small cavity that was verified by the dentist there! So, I am very very pleased and satisfied with my cleaning!

Even after three years retired and full-time RV, you were able to fit me in, and I was surprised, even my old folder!

I recently had two cavities filled at this location. There was no pain!. I. was in the chair on time, the procedures were completed in 45 minutes. The dentist took his time to explain the procedure to me, the material that was used, he answered my questions. Prior to the procedures he explained my options. This was good, professional dentistry. If you are ambivalent about getting dental care, as the slogan says, "Just do it." it is worth it to take good care of your teeth.

Excellent cleaning / hygiene appointment. Diagnosed a problem area and treated it with the latest antibiotic treatment (Arestin microspheres.) A truly modern practice with obvious continuing education.

The staff is pleasant and professional. It gives me a feeling of confidence in them.

Got in easily and service was very good. Only issue for me was my highgentist left to help someone else. However that would have been ok but the time lost with me allowed my blood sugar to get low. She offered juice but I dashed to get home to eat what I normally do. It took awhile to get back in normal range but all worked out ok.

From the moment I entered the office and was greeted by a cheerful hello until the time I left, the experience was the best I have ever experienced. Nick, the dental assistant continued the professional interaction. Lastly, Dr. K was was more than professional, he was exceptional. Dr. K explained everything that he was going to do in advance. Most Important, I Never, Honestly, Never, felt the any pain from the local injection. I would highly recommend Dr. K to anyone for any dental work.

I am pleased to have found Ash & Rowan Family Dentistry for my family. They have been very accommodating and friendly and their care is very thorough and up-to-date!

I always know I don't have to be freaked out about going to the dentist now. I had Kathy (I think that was her name) and she was very encouraging offered her genuine input when I asked about water picks. She was very sweet and down to earth, made me feel relaxed. Well organized office and great dental hygienists and dentists!

I had to have a filling in the upper farthest back right tooth! Dr Saffir made it as comfortable as possible and kept me informed as we proceeded. There may be some problems as the decay was right at the nerve. He told me what to look for and to keep him informed as he worked. He discussed future options if they become necessary.

I had my teeth cleaned at my own office and it was a great experience. I see why our patients love coming here.

This was the most thorough exam and cleaning I have ever experienced. The hygienist was GREAT in so many ways. For the first time instead scrapping the tartar off she used a tool much like a Sonicare. What a difference. I am fortunate to have them all for my future dental needs.

I always feel like family when I’m there I get very very good care

The staff is always so friendly and fun. From the front desk to the chair they make me feel at ease. P.S. the dentist is not my favorite place! Dr. Saffer won't do unnecessary procedures that drive up your bill. I recommend them to all my friends, family too. I can honestly say, I don't mind visiting the dentist now.

I had swelling on my gum line and was able to see Dr. Saffer the same day. The office staff is like family. Everyone is always nice, cheerful, and give great care. The dentists are both gentle, that’s very mportant to me. Thank each and every one of u. Barbara

I have used this dentist office for over 30 years. In this case i bit down on a popcorn kernel and broke my back molar. They saw me in 2 hours and due to where the molar was and how badly it was broken, recommended i have it extracted. They set me up with a oral surgeon and i was there in 2 hours. Great place, service and friendly

Kathy did a great job cleaning my teeth. The only change that I would suggest is for the Dentist to apply the Florida treatment more thoroughly on all the teeth. It seems like I only had it on some teeth, but not others.

I came in for one tooth and got two of them fixed instead! Ladies at the front desk are super polite and nice and the one doc I’m not sure if he is old enough to work cause he looks 11 but he kept me calm getting my shots and tooth pulled. Great dentist he always checked on my pain level. The shot giver now she was honest end of story. Love this place
