Dr Berman is an extremely qualified ent and facial plastic surgeon. Fixed my breathing problems and was able to manage scar tissue on the tip of my nose with closed correction surgery. Great bedside manner. Takes more of a hands on approach to billing process and appointment setting , which is appreciated. Always on time. Front desk support always on top of it and nice. I arrived about an hour early to my appointment. The receptionist, who was very friendly, immediately provided me with paperwork to fill out. Shortly after I was interviewed and ready for the doctor even before my actual appt time. Dr Bergman was thorough in his examination and I was soon on my way. A very nice experience!

Dr. Berman is a very personable knowledgeable man. He had methodically helped me work through my ear /sinus issues. He has an excellent staff that will get you in on short notice and won’t sit you in the waiting room for hours wasting your time. He listens, explains and is decisive. Highly recommended!!

There was a longer wait than expected, but we believe it was worth it. Dr. Berman engaged us in a thoughtful, intelligent dialogue. Was very pleased with my meeting Mondsy with Dr. Berman since part of the consultation is my search for a new ENT since my current ENT appears too busy and had his PA see me for the follow up to my sinus infection diagnosis which after my internist sent me for a chest X-ray turned out to be pneumonia. I could have been on antibiotics if my ENT had been more thorough. Dr Berman listened to me breathe and was very impressed that he took his own notes instead of an asst since he asked relevant questions as we tslked. He also provided some ideas to get ahead of future sinus infections. The facial plastic surgery portion of the meeting was also informative and quite helpful. He is straightforward and gave his honest opinion on what I might expect and suggested I might try a high dosage of Vitamin B complex to assist in the nerve repair and a realistic timeline for any possible changes. Am very pleased I was given Dr. Berman’s name by my internist.

I greatly appreciate Dr. Berman giving of his time to speak to me very clearly and being very personable!. I found him to be quite down to earth. Which I feel is so rare in the medical profession. I think doctors often times lose their humanity. They’ve forgottten they’re working with other human beings in and on their body. To me, it’s imoortant to respect and honor what that means. When being in service in helping human beings. I went to see Dr. Berman, for an injury with damage to my nose that happened at work. Although, I am scared to have surgery. I’m feeling fairly confident that I’ll be in good hands with Dr. Berman and I look forward to having the surgery with his experience and expertise.
