Optical Dept. staff are wonderful. About 9 months ago, before we were patients at Andersen Eye, we had a repair issue with a pair of eye glasses. We went to our eye doctor and several other places with no help other than telling us we'd have to order a new pair of glasses and some places also said we'd need an eye exam. However at Andersen, they were happy to try to find frames that would work with our existing lenses. They also offered the name of a local facility, Hi-Tech Optical, that might help us. (Hi-Tech did the repair at a low cost and were very quick, done the next day.) Anderson spent time trying to help and also gave us this lead with no charge for their service. Because of their care, helpfulness and friendliness, we are now patients at Andersen. Had our annual exams today and received excellent, friendly, prompt service. Also had cataract surgery there a little over a year ago and that group was wonderful as well.

Every appointment i have had at Andersen Eye Associates has been handled by professionals who just know how to treat people. I have highly recommended Andersen to many friends and family members over the years.

Everything went superbly except for the waiting time. When I was actually in seeing the assistant and doctor it was very speedy, however, I spent 75% of my time in the waiting room. I think I was with the doctor for about 40 minutes total but my appointment took 1 hr 45 minutes. Still love the staff here though, super friendly!

Developed painful, red and swollen eye over wknd. I am not a patient of Anderson Eye, but when I called them Monday morning, Becky did not hesitate to schedule an appt for me that very morning. Dr. Collier was prompt, friendly and professional. He identified source of problem, prescribed eye drops and answered all of my questions. My entire experience at Anderson was excellent. I do have one follow-up complaint: I decided that I needed to get my lenses re-done (which I do appreciate). However, I was a bit frustrated that I had to spend an hour and several gallons of gas, just to tell the optician what I wanted. I told several people over the phone what I needed, and they told me I had to come in to see the optician. I spoke to the optician all of 30 seconds. Couldn’t that have been handled over the phone, saving me time, money and trouble? It seems that your receptionists should be made aware of that.

We've been going to Anderson Eye or one of their doctors for over 50 years. All the employees have treated us respectfully and given us the time we needed. Very rarely did we ever have a problem. Keep up the good work.

I had a most thorough eye exam by Lindsay. She offered such a good and easily understandable explanation of the aging process in my eyes. She also did a test which will serve as a baseline for future exams. I had not had these scans before. I truly appreciate the extra time she spent to answer my questions. I really appreciate my being able to be seen so quickly to address my eye problem. I had gone to an optometrist a few weeks ago who told me I had the beginning stages of macular degeneration. He said the good news was that it was the dry kind. But something just didn't seem right with my eye so I visited Dr. Collier this morning and because of the extra test he was able to do it looks like it's not the dry kind and I'm getting in with one of their specialists soon to see what else is going on. Everyone was very friendly as well.

I always feel comfortable when I have my appointment, because I know that I am receiving the best care from my doctor and the staff for my eyes at Andersen Eye. I had just called yesterday with a vision issue, and staff got me right in this morning to have the doctor check on it. I was seen within 15 minutes. I was seen by the tech, had photographs done, saw the doctor, was dilated and examined, and was out the door within 90 minutes. Not too bad for being a last minute appointment.

The doc was fantastic, as usual, but it was a considerable longer wait than usual today. About 40-45 minutes total waiting time. Normally I wouldn't mention it, but today I had made another appt for noon thinking my 10:10am appt there would leave me plenty of time. But I left Andersen Eye just barely in time to make it

Been there twice in last couple of weeks my observation is that not all the people in adjustment dept work at the same pace. Older ladies seen to me work harder than younger ladies.

You took the time to explain what was going on with my eye, and Anderson Eye also took a extra few minutes to really diagnose the problem instead of other places that don’t seem to care or want the volume of customers over good service.
