I have gone through 3 other orthodontists and none of them provided me with the care that American River Orthodontics did. I had an extremely tough case because of issues with my jaw that required a serious surgery, and Dr. Payne was up to the challenge. He genuinely cared about helping me long-term, and helped set me up for surgery efficiently and meticulously. In addition, the staff is unmatchable! They are always so kind and upbeat, which really helps with going through this process. DEFINITELY would recommend American River Orthodontics!
