I love Adriel Perales he is amazing with my kids. He knows their history and is easy to talk to. I just wish I could only see him and no one else because it is hard to explain my children's history everytime to someone new. We attend the office in Alice.

I have been taking my boys for over 9 years. They love seeing Kristi at the Robstown location.

I have a child with special needs and I love the way everyone treats him. I just wish the referral process and getting PT orders was a little faster.

I like it cause I don't have to wait hours to see doctor and staff is great with my kids real friendly and doctors are awesome every time I go in thank you greatly appreciated

This was our second time at the office for this child. The staff is wonderful, the doctor was amazing with my child, and we got exactly what we needed. The only thing I felt could be improved on was the wait time. The first time we were there, we were in and out in less than an hour. This second time, it was a little over 2 hrs.

We love your offices in robstown and adore Kristy Furkhen. My girls only want to go to her. We were in and out within 30 min and felt like we had plenty of time with her!

Ramsey's nurse that came for his blood draw for his four year old blood work was awesome. He never felt it. She was on the second vial by the time he realized what was going on.

I Love the new clinic. The office staff are very professional and understanding of our Children that are there for a medical visit. We got to see Luis Natal both times we were there and he was so personable and very thorough with our Son's Dx. What an asset to the Portland office😃

The staff is very friendly and professional. The office is kid friendly with a lot of bright colors, perfect for my 4 month old! We saw a Nurse Practitioner who was courteous, great with my little one, made sure to answer all of our questions thoroughly, and ask several times if there was anything else he could do for us. We love Almouie!

I arrived at an afternoon appointment, and I was in and out in less than an hour! The doctor was really good and explained how he would need to wait to get lab results, before putting my child on a long treatment of antibiotics.(screening for H-pylori). Overall great experience and they staff was friendly (Alice location)

The staff & nurses were very informative and so polite! Although both times i went, it took about 45 minutes to be seen, even with an appointment. It was quite frustrating with a cranky toddler. Other than that, everything else was great. I love their facility.

Visit went fairly well today! Not a long wait!

We waited for awhile to be seen but the nurses apologize for our wait. The nurse are great, we were greeted with a smile and the doctor listened to her patient she was concerned and very nice. It is a awesome place, good care

I really appreciate the patience everyone we dealt with had. Everyone had a friendly attitude and nobody made me feel like I was asking too much of them or asking too many questions. Thank you, I appreciate it!

Doc was great at treating my child but the medical assistant was a bit rude to my child and myself... I have been going to the office since my daughter turned one and this was the first time I've had someone that was rude. I always have excellent service. I was a disappointed.
