Best decision I made in 2016 was to visit Agnini Dental. Went from clicking in my jaw everyday and not smiling to no more clicking and also back to my old smile that everyone loved

Since a child I was always afraid of having my teeth worked on at the dentists office. Probably because I had large cavities in my molars and they were drilled without Novocaine. I recently moved to Florida and looked in our Foxy Tales ( community magazine) for a dentist recommendation. Agnini had an add in there and I gave them a try. I felt a calmness as I entered. Why? I believe it had to do with the waterfall in the waiting room and the confident professional help. I was taken into the office quickly, I was told upfront what my payment would be, and everyone was friendly and made me feel at home, even to having a blanket because I was cold. When the doctor (Bhatti) came in he was very gentle throughout the exam and explained my situation and I felt relaxed and confident in him and his recommendations. One more thing, I was also greeted by my preferred name Patsy! Patsy McHale

Every one was very friendly from the receptionists to my dental hygienist to the finance department. The facility is clean and cozy which makes you more relaxed. I had recently received a crown and it had been bothering me so I mentioned it duri g my exam and cleaning and my hygienist had Dr. DREW come in and take a closer look at it and the x-ray. He was a pleasure to meet. He informed me that some residual cement between the tooth had caused the discomfort. He addressed the issue and I have been fine ever since than.

I’m so happy with my Zoom Whitening experience! I felt no pain at all, was constantly checked on to make sure I was comfortable, and my teeth look amazing! Even my husband who had never considered whitening because he didn’t think it mattered much now wants to do the Zoom treatment. I only had two zingers (one in an already sensitive canine and one in my front tooth, that front tooth one hurt pretty badly) after the treatment and that was about 8 hours after taking my ibuprofen so I attribute them to that. Once I took more ibuprofen I felt no more zingers and I’ve been fine for over a day now without the meds so I think the sensitivity is gone now. It was great and I’m so happy with the results, I’ll definitely be recommending the treatment and Agnini to anyone considering whitening!

The only thing I was concerned about is not having a lead apron placed on my chest/lap/thyroid to protect me from radiation, no matter how little the digital X-rays give off, I would need that for me and my husband to come back. Dr Zubadi used it. Dr Lanham (have been going there 28 years) uses it. It’s a concern I have.

Your really do treat your patients like family. The caring starts the minute you come through the door. Your greeted by name and asked if you need something to drink (water, coffee) while you wait. You are taken at or before your appointment time. You take care of any issues I may be having and answer any questions I may have. I never thought I would say it but I love going to the dentist. Agnini Dental Family is the best.

Haven’t met a single person who is rude or inefficient. The staff at Lakeland Hills office must have been hand picked one by one because you ALL make my dental experience tolerable and even pleasant. I will recommend your services to anyone who asks! I opted for laughing gas on my first visit because I’m so anxious and have extremely sensitive teeth, but after that first experience I realized that I didn’t need the laughing gas because you ladies are gentle and very experienced. And of course, Agnini is the best, as well!

Agnini Dental has been the best, When your appointment is at 11 your are in the chair at 11, The staff is always friendly and make your feel welcome.

A thorough exam and problems explained and treatment needed. Also confidence that a new denture could be made to fit my extreme gum problems.

I am very pleased with my dental work. And I am no longer self-conscious about talking or smiling. Doctor Matt and the entire Agnini staff deserve kudos for being extremely courteous and professionaly efficient. All in all, the association was a pleasant experience.

I've been in pain since my cleaning. I haven't called because last time this happened they said it would be a few weeks before they could fit me in. I'm living on ibuprofen and trying to figure out what to do next to relieve the pain.

Hygienist Rachel is awesome. Teeth feel clean and she is so genuine and nice.

Rachel made me feel like she was really glad to see me. She has good people skills. The lady who checked me in was cheerful (sorry that I cannot recall her name,but she is a great person to have in that introductory capacity. Lynn, who checked me out was also very kind and cheerful. Dr. Mike has a good reputation in Lakeland and I hear others say the same thing. I feel confident that I and my family are being well taken care of at Agnini Family Dental.

I love Dr. Drew and his staff! They always go above and beyond. Dr. Drew is very knowledge and skilled and very meticulous. I love that he's detailed and willing to work with you in all facets of his job.

Wendy & Dr. Bhatti did a great job producing a crown that fit very well. It was super tight at first, but is beginning to loosen up a bit. I'm a little concerned that my partial is putting too much pressure on the crown when I put it in place. But I plan to make an appt. shortly for some more work and will wait till then to see if it shapes up ok. Thanks for good work. Bob Whittaker

All the staff at front desk and check out/scheduling as well as hygienists are wonderful people. Professional and happy and pleasant. Concerned about one tooth but happy enough Dentist keeping watch on it. I will wait and see if the right thing is done in the future.
