We enjoyed visiting with Sherry and the rest of the friendly staff, but the spill was far too lengthy. I understand the need to go into great detail of benefits, plus the reason for small talk and life history to get a commitment, but truly, it was like buying a car.....I was totally drained by the time we left. We reached a point that we were ready to leave without receiving our heart/lung scan because of the exhausting ordeal. Just like a car salesperson, Sherry kept bringing lower offers and pushed until we finally agreed. Please understand, we are pleased that we settled for the full scans and certainly hope that they prove to be as beneficial as your company touts. We just wished that the process could have been expedited a little more efficiently. So, at this moment, 24 hours later, we do not suffer from buyers remorse. We are both anxious to see the results, and are pleased to have the follow-up options and future annual scans. Thanks for the opportunity and, please, thank the entire team for their excellent customer service.

Everyone was very professional, kind and courteous. I felt very comfortable with the whole process.

We went to ABS to get our test results explained. This was a very enlightening experience. Our doctor was so great with the time and and care he took to explain out results and with any follow up required by our primary care physician. I am so pleased with this meeting and it reinforced our decision to sign up for the lifetime of preventative testing we signed up for.

Do appreciate the opportunity to get this expensive scan at such a steal of a price. Wish I could take advantage of your offer of full body scan & the future scans but that is just not possible now. Thank you!

Very informative. After finding out about your various programs, the scan was much quicker than I expected. Very pleasant experience.

The process of having a total body scan was explained to me in detail and it made good sense. The bottom line is finding out very early that you have health issues can save your life rather than finding out when treatment is to late to be effective.

My wife & I enjoyed our visit with Anna Amis. She is well informed about the information & answered our questions. We were well pleased with the total experience.

It was a pleasant experience. The place was nice and clean. Everyone we talked to was very nice. Loved hearing all the explanations about scans and why we need them. No waiting time. They took us right away. Scans only lasted a few minutes. Most of our time was spent talking to a salesman (Very Nice Guy) who showed us good reasons for buying a package of scans for the future. It was a good experience.

Offering is great alternative to traditional preventive diagnostics. Suggestions- 1.appointment time should be evaluated and more accurately stated to client. 2.attention to your communications... When using Mr /Ms, be sure you know which applies or use alternative 3. This email salutation wasn’t completed. Using “Dear , “ is as inattentive as #2. If your goal is to establish an ongoing client relationship, attention to detail goes a long way!
