I loved, loved, loved the dentist and his attentiveness. I did not appreciate the tech/assistant talking about her sunburned ueyes, over and over again, when I was in severe pain. Maybe empathy training would be a good suggestion for her.

It was comforting for Dustin to explain what he was doing as the procedure proceeded.
