I had some questions regarding how to handle my insurance, which the Appointment Reservations staff would not answer, but when I spoke to SABRINA upon arrival, she fully explained them to me, and even re-arranged my appointment to help me minimize my out-of-pocket cost! Sabrina's professional knowledge and customer mindedness meant that I walked out as a totally delighted and forever loyal client! I sincerely hope that someone takes the time to commend her on her "customer-first" attitude!

The administrative and support services were outstanding, however, my cataract surgery has not yet given me the results I had expected, as I am still having to wear glasses while driving. Maybe distance clarity will improve in coming days.

Other than the appointment taking TWO HOURS, everyone was very cordial and professional. The automated check in process is very cold and impersonal, however.
