The price I was quoted for new lenses only $742! exceeded the total cost of my existing frames/lens the last time I bought them. I was given a new pair of frames and lens last year to replace the pair I had purchased in 2015. Matt admitted he ordered the wrong coating! It was clear to me he cut corners and tried to get away with it. On top of this, the replacement pair of glasses that Matt ordered were the wrong size, so those had to be replaced (under warranty) recently. Bottom line is I cannot justify paying $742 for new lens.

As always the staff was very pleasant and Dr. Robinson was very informative and answered all of my questions. I have always had a good experience with everyone at the office from the receptionist to the check out person.

I was having symptoms of a retinal detachment and the office girl got me right in to see the doctor. I really appreciated that and how friendly the staff was. The doctor spent time explaining everything to me and my husband. It also feels good that there is a doctor on call in case symptoms get worse.

20/20 Eye Physicians office on 86th Street have earned a 10 out of 10 score from me. I have received excellent treatment from the staff and of course from Dr. Giesel. I have never waited more that 5 minutes to be seen. The office has the latest equipment for vision testing and the doctors and staff are very informative about the results and answer all my questions. It's a very comfortable atmosphere and the staff and doctors are cheerful and caring!

I am most appreciative because Dr. Robinson saw me promptly in spite of his busy schedule.

I received a thorough eye exam and the Doctor, nurses and front desk personel were very pleasant and attentive. I'd recommend 20 20 to anyone wanting a pleasant experience.

My experience with my recent eye appointment was very good from start to finish. Staff was pleasant. I did not have a long wait. My doctor answered the questions I had about findings in my exam. I appreciated being notified of a charge that would not be covered by Medicare.

Very efficient! I had gone to other places for my eyes but didn't feel like I reviewed a thorough exam. I rec'd a top notched exam and only will be going there from now on

I am a "frequent flyer" with 20/20 Eye Physicians, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. The girls in the office are always very courteous and behave as though they genuinely care about me as a person and as a patient. Dr. Robinson, my primary doctor, is very professional in his diagnosis and treatment, and the technicians follow in his path. I have highly recommended 20/20 Eye Physicians, and will continue to do so.

Excellent care! Dr Geisel explains everything so carefully that you never feel overwhelmed.

I never had to wait to be seen, got there for apointment and after checking in waited no more than 2 minutes, wàs back to an exam room, and my exam started. Never had to wait at all.
